The kitchen is fully equipped (with fan-assisted oven and dishwasher), and the modern bathroom includes a bath/shower.
The flat also has a laundry room with washing and drying machines.
Exposed stonework throughout adds a warm, authentic feel.

The flat can sleep up to 4 people, with one bedroom featuring a King-Size double bed and the other two single beds - by informing us before your arrival, we can transform the two beds into a King-size bed with a mattress topper so that there is no space between the two beds. Premium-quality bedding and linens provided.

Close to the River Erdre: ideal for walking or cycling along one of France's most beautiful rivers.

For runners: you can do an 8km round trip around the tributary if you stop at the Pont de la Jonelière.

For the more experienced, the adventure continues all the way to the Parc Floral de la Beaujoire and beyond.
