"- The room was pristine and spacious. - The futon beds were insanely comfortable! - The private onsen was beautiful. - The staff were immensely helpful and had wonderful English - The location a few minutes walk from the train/bus station makes getting there with suitcases really convenient. - The breakfast is quite good and convenient. Definitely would go for the Japanese breakfast option Overall everything seems like it had been thought of which made the stay feel comfortable as both a home base for traveling around Takayama and the Hida region or as a place to rest and recoup on a rainy day"

"The staff had a very high work ethics. The room was clean and the cleaning crews were working diligently. I loved the location where was very convenient to take the city train system. The only thing I did not like was: a man’s hot spring was much bigger and had 4-5 kinds of hot tubs. In contrary, a female had only one hot tub. "
