  • Light and airy, charming Cape Cod cottage five minutes walk to Main Street. Lovely private yard with wonderful gardens of roses and hydrangeas and stone patio. Beautifully decorated in Shaker style, wide pine floors, and tiled bathrooms. Three bedrooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs) and study; two full bath rooms, upstairs and down. Central air conditioning. Fully equipped modern kitchen with range, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, disposal, range, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and washer/dryer. Patio furniture and grill, outdoor shower. Linens and beach towels provided. Off street parking for two cars. Free WiFi. Cable TV in all bedrooms, den, and living room. Property abuts conservation land and bird sanctuary. The cottage has all of the advantages of being in-Town, yet with the privacy, peace and quite of the country. Bike path across the street. Close to all beaches. Short walk to the bus stop at the end of the street. We look forward to having you as our guests!
