Perfectly located to everything you need. Watching the ferry come and go was a pleasure. The only knock to everything was that we waited all day to check in and it was not cleaned from the last guest and the owner would not respond to any of my messages to let me know what was going on. The house itself was truly a gem.

We loved our stay at the Eliza cottage! It's so close to everything downtown, the Children's Beach, and Jetties Beach. The cottage was fully stocked and had a cute front yard we spent some time in, looking at the water. Highly recommend this place!

Eliza Cottage was the perfect Nantucket retreat—beautifully appointed, cozy, and full of charm. The location was ideal for exploring town, restaurants, shopping, and then returning to relax in peace. Loved the harbor/ beach view! Parking spot was a huge bonus as well!! Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and we felt right at home. Very clean and so many amenities! My husband and I stayed over the weekend and the Eliza cottage was perfect. Spacious, clean, and the great spot to stay in Nantucket. Very easy walk into town and close to restaurants and stores. Theresa was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. We look forward to staying here again soon!
