Renovated Cottage off Main Street- Great Location

This quaint cottage is located in the heart of the historic district on Main Street in Nantucket. Covered with roses and beautiful flowers, it is the perfect getaway! Don't miss this beautifully decorated, 2 bedroom, and one bathroom cottage. The house includes central air conditioning and heat, living room, eat-in kitchen, and washer and dryer on premises. One off street parking spot. Only a five minute walk to all of the shops and restaurants in town & across from the Madaket bike path. The cottage was built in the early 1800's but has been fully gut renovated; custom kitchen which includes Kitchen Aid Professional appliances, farm house sink, white quartz counter tops, custom bathroom, new living room furniture, and a private patio. There is a maximum occupancy of 4 adults, plus one age dependent child.

Great stay!

Great stay, the house is super charming and close to town. Communication/check in with host was bumpy but got worked out! This house is on a busy road and you can hear the road noise throughout the night. Perfect space for 2 adults but needed better cleaning before check in. Overall had a great time!

Amazing!!!

Perfect for our family of 5! We had our 3 girls share the king bed and we had the down stairs bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. Great location. Could ride bikes into town and several beaches. We could use the Wave Shuttle to get places a little farther away. Would stay there again.

Perfect stay

The cottage was perfect. Had exactly what we needed and all modern amenities. No clutter and even the books were a hit….current reads. Location is .6 mile from town and super easy to bike anywhere on the island. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Cottage

Perfect Nantucket Cottage!

We just returned from our stay at this beautiful, quaint and historic cottage in Nantucket. We truly enjoyed our stay in the home and it is really just a short walk to the downtown square. Peter was an amazing host and had excellent communication for check-in, house instructions and provided us with so many restaurant recommendations that we really loved! If the property is available, go ahead and reserve it--you will love it!

Excellent Stay

Having read all the positive reviews, I don't think that there is anything I would be able to add or disagree with. The cottage is in an excellent location close to town, is well appointed, bright and clean. We had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend. Most importantly is that the host was very accommodating and very easy to reach and communicate with.

Magical Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It had everything we needed and our host Peter communicated well with us. The house was very clean and had plenty room for all four of us. It was a very cold spring weekend and the heat worked very fast and well in all the rooms. We loved cooking and sitting in the sunlight living room. We can't wait to visit this wonderful cottage again!

The moment I walked in the door I fell in love it’s perfect. It was so cozy very clean and wonderful beds! It’s location is perfect close to everything. The home has everything you need to feel right at home. Peter was very helpful and my only regret is my visit was to short.

Some minor confusion with the check in process and wifi network. Cozy, comfortable cottage which is a 15 minute walk to downtown. All the essentials provided and a bike trail to Madaket beach right across the street.

What a fabulous and quaint cottage on Nantucket! Beautifully manicured gardens and a lovely view. Cottage was well maintained and very clean. Just a short walk down to the Main Street and wharf. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend this cottage to all of our friends!

One Madaket is a wonderful place to stay. The owner maintained the historical character of the house while adding modern conveniences throughout the home. Each room has been redone with thoughtful additions. The whole place is spotless clean and very comfortable. Our family enjoyed the time here!

Mini Moon

My husband and I came here after our wedding for a mini moon! It was in great location to downtown about a 15 min walk and it was also in great location to the bike paths. Peter was prompt on answering our questions and needs at any time of the day! We will definitely stay here again when returning to Nantucket!
