The exterior of the property is nothing special, but is clean and semi newly painted. The rooms are very nice and newly remodeled and newly furnished. The bed was very comfortable. I’m not sure if you need to pay extra for maid service, but you are asked at check-in if you would like it, we declined.

Due to a delayed flight, we had to check in after lobby hours, but the staff was extremely communicative and clear about how to check in on our own. Although the hotel is older, it has been completely remodeled and updated. Great stay!

This property has recently been updated in such a cute and functional way with storage and sitting areas. I was in town for a class, so I appreciated the desk area. The little fridge was great to keep my yogurt, wine cheeses for the week. The the cost to quality ratio is exceptional. Easy to the highway and Uber to downtown The owners were very sweet as well.

Nice stay at the Chablis

The room was clean and furnished nicely. However we were near the ice maker and heard it making noises all night. Also, the walls are a bit thin so we hear our neighbors in the morning. Otherwise it was a lovely room and the service was friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Our room was recently renovated Everything in tire room is brand new, clean, and well designed. The mattresses were very comfortable and we slept soundly. Despite being near the freeway we did not hear it. The 8-10” shower head is adjustable and gives a very nice siste spray, The Inn is five minutes from downtown Napa, and very easy to drive there and back. I would stay there again. Price was very reasonable.

Absolutely perfect!

Thank you Chablis Inn for the most wonderful Napa experience! The property is very quaint and private, quiet, and very comfortable. As well as handy to all local amenities. The staff was not only welcoming but even invited my grandchildren who live local to come enjoy the pool. The lady even came out and greeted and played with them! I would give this place 100 stars if I could! Thank you Chablis for everything and I will never stay anywhere else! 🙏

Looks nice until you use the features.

The fan in the bathroom did not work so my shower was steamy and hot and couldn’t see in the mirror. AC did not cool down the room and was loud throughout the night as it went on and off. If you got up in the middle of the night the lights from the bed lit up automatically and the entire room was bright and woke everyone up.

All in all, the staff were polite enough, but I wouldn't stay here again. The TV satellite system was not working (hence no TV in any of the rooms) and the staff couldn't do anything to correct it. I was in a room on the end that backed up to an outside alley way. There were people outside (homeless? druggies?) talking loud enough that I heard them until 1:30-2:00 AM. The heater was very loud and it cycled off and on during the night, waking me up. I finally turned it off.

An unruly couple arrived next door to our room around midnight and commenced to scream and yell at each other. (Imagine horror movie screams) this went on for over three hours. I called the night manager around 3:00 a.m. and her response was “I don’t know what to do”. The screaming match went on for another hour and a half so we were deprived of nearly five hours of sleep. The owners response the next morning was “oh well”. No apology, no explanation no nothing. The night manager’s response shows a total lack of training and the owner’s response shows a total disregard for the safety and quiet enjoyment of the premises which is a basic right when renting a room. Will never stay there again and strongly recommend you choose the same path. Clearly the worst night of any motel/hotel in our 50 years of travel. Stay there at your own risk!
