    The home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating families and groups. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and shower, two additional bedrooms each feature a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom offers two twin beds. The guest hallway bathroom includes both a shower and bathtub.



    The heart of the home is the open living space, with a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, dining room, comfortable living room, and welcoming foyer. The thoughtfully designed interiors create an inviting setting for cooking, entertaining, enjoying music, or simply relaxing after a day of exploring Napa Valley.



    Step outside to enjoy the spacious private backyard, featuring an artificial grass lounge area, patio dining for up to 6 guests, a stand alone outdoor bar, and plenty of room to relax. Outdoor cooking is easy with both a gas BBQ and charcoal grill. The property also offers driveway parking and dedicated RV parking along the side of the home.
