Rooms were clean. Pool are was nice and relaxing just wish they had lounge chairs. Breakfast was not the best Bagels were dry,sausage were overcooked. Since it was included can't complain too much

Great hotel if staying with kids. Rooms need attention especially the mattresses. The pool and bar was nice. Would have liked to stay closer to the vineyards but it was not so far. Staff was great and accommodating.

The staff was exceptional. Especially Ashley (the person who helped with check in). She was professional friendly and knowledgeable. She recommended places for food, wine and honestly made the trip wonderful. I should have written the review sooner because I’m not sure if I’ve given the correct name. The desk & breakfast staff were wonderful too. Everyone seemed to be happy and helpful. Ashley went above and beyond. Her customer service came from her heart with a reassuring smile. I would stay at this location again if I return to Napa.

The property was well maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the fire pit in the courtyard. It was very cozy and helped take the chill off the cool evening. What I did not really care for was the hotel being located next to a business center. The images from the website made it seem like the hotel was on a hill overlooking a small vineyard. Perhaps it depended on the room you stayed in and the direction the window was facing as all I could see was a bank and a 7-11 from my window. Overall, I had a great stay and would stay again.

Easy to park up close, and it seemed like a safe area without much traffic. The location was a bit odd because it’s next to a business park and is right off the highway which was noisy outside but never inside. The grounds are lovely and the pool is larger than most hotel pools as well as the hot tub, and they all stay open until 10pm. The breakfast is the best we’ve had for any complimentary breakfast- lots of variety with daily changes and fresh cooked offerings. And it’s served until 10am! -not 9am as advertised. Our room was large with a separate area for microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, etc including a bar sink and cabinets. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

This hotel and staff are amazing. We had the king suite room which had a good layout with plenty of sitting space. There was no charge for parking and the breakfast buffet was very generous.
