Best place I’ve ever stayed hands down

This place is more than worth the price tag! Beautiful condo, EXTREMELY clean, well equipped we had beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards you name it. The view is absolutely stunning! We will be back!

Enjoyed our time there after the second day! Had to rate 4 stars because we did have an incident with an infestation of termites in the upstairs bedroom on the first night and since it’s an open area they were everywhere. Our family of three had to sleep in the one bedroom with twin beds. Overall it was a great place with breathtaking views!

Very clean and well appointed!

Very clean and well appointed. The unit is only a short walk to both napili and kapalua beaches. The kitchen was very well equipped which made it easy to prepare meals. A great holiday apartment for a group of 4.

Napili condo

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo is nicely decorated with beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, etc. The walk to Napili Bay was a little longer than we thought it would be but not a huge deal. Property Manager was very attentive, too. Good pre and post checkin/out communications.

Property management was useless

After waiting 2 years for this trip, we were given the wrong door code and none of our issues were addressed. DO NOT rent from KBM. At the end, the cleaning person was outside the door for more than an hour passive aggressively waiting for us to check out.

Bliss at Napili Bay

We've stayed at several condos at Napili Point. This was by far the nicest and best stocked rental. Loves everything about it and can't wait to come back

Paradise!

The unit was exactly as pictured- plenty of space, updated, clean, easy parking, and FANTASTIC location! We loved spending every morning and evening on the lanai, listening to the waves and watching the sunsets. We even caught multiple rainbows exactly like the one on the VRBO listing. We were able to walk to two beaches and shops and restaurants were nearby. Our only complaint was construction that started on a neighboring unit which forced us out from about 9-5 each day. Fortunately we were eager to get to the beach in the morning, but it was really disruptive. Hopefully that is completed soon though.

Wonderful Condo

We had such a wonderful time at this property! It is very well furnished, clean, and an excellent location. The views are phenomenal. Rainbows and sea turtles a plenty! We would come back to this property again. Only request was that the chairs and cooler need an upgrade. There were only 2 chairs provided for 4 guests and one was broken. The cooler was hard sided but small. A larger cooler and possibly soft sided would be a plus.

A wonderful condo, but a magnificent view!

The condo was as stated in description, was well stocked, and has been nicely updated. It is a quiet, older area, but the property is maintained nicely. All the turtles seen right off the deck in the bay were beautiful to watch and see up close during snorkeling. We would definitely recommend this condo.

GREAT LOCATION!!

We LOVED this rental, it was updated and offered free use of boogie boards, beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs and umbrella. We spent most of our time while inside on the balcony, the VIEWS! You could watch the sea turtles in the bay right down below, search for whales off in the distance, gaze at Molokai and the SUNSETS! Two great beaches are within walking distance: Napili Beach (5 minutes), and Kapalua Beach (15 min.). Great snorkeling here, and along the way are many interesting tidepools. The Kapalua Trail is a half mile away (1.7 miles). The banyon forest is about a 15 minute drive. Local grocery store and a few restaurants are either a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive. Honolua General Store is a 5-minute drive. They have great souvenirs and reasonably priced local food. Cannot say enough about this location. We visited many other beaches and loved this spot best. It's more peaceful and cozy and GORGEOUS compared to the high-rise hotels.

Our stay at Napili Point Resort was absolutely wonderful!

Our stay at Napili Point Resort was absolutely wonderful! We LOVED hanging out on the balcony spotting sea turtles in Honokeana Bay and whales off in the distance. The view of the channel and Molokini were amazing. We could walk to Napili and Kapalua beaches and the nearby tidepools. The banyon forest is only a 10-minute drive, so COOL! Our condo was updated, with comfortable beds and offered the use of boogie boards, sand toys, a cooler, and beach chairs and umbrella. If you come without a car there is a bus stop right out front and restaurants and grocery within half a mile. This area of Maui is simply stunning a full of great activities.

Beautiful Maui

We loved staying in this condo. It's not good for anyone who has trouble with steps, but otherwise it is well worth the extra walk! The condo is like brand new inside, and the Lani is prefect for whale watching!
