  • Experience the classic Maine lake vacation at this unique waterfront retreat on beautiful Sebago Lake. Tucked away on a private, wooded lot with 160 feet of shoreline, these two charming cottages offer a peaceful setting, stunning sunset views, and room for up to 13 guests. Spend your days swimming, boating, fishing, or simply relaxing by the water and enjoying the laid-back pace of a traditional Maine getaway.

    The shoreline is mostly natural and rocky, with a sandy section and gradual entry that make it ideal for swimming and wading. A dock and mooring are available for enjoying the lake by boat, with boats required to remain on the mooring overnight. Whether you're heading out for a day on the water or winding down together as the sun sets over Sebago Lake, this property offers a wonderful setting to make lasting summer memories.

    With two separate cottages, everyone can enjoy time together while still having space to spread out and unwind. It's an ideal setup for multi-generational family vacations or two families sharing a special lakeside escape, bringing everyone together for the best of Maine's lake life.

    2027 Rates: $650/night PEAK season; $585/night LOW season; $565/night OFF season

    - Up to 2 dogs allowed (50 lbs each). $100 pet fee per pet

No better place to be on Sebago Lake!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From sunrise to sunset, there is no better place to be on Sebago Lake! I rented Sunset Pines twice this summer, once with my husband and once with a friend. Both visits were superb. The cottage is well appointed, comfortable, and very welcoming. Two bedrooms offer exquisite views of the lake, so you can rise to the sun glistening on the water and go to sleep to the gentle sounds of water lapping the shore. We enjoyed kayaking, swimming, walks in the nearby State Park, and dinners in Naples. We heard the laugh of the loons and marveled at the eagles nesting not far away. We will definitely be back and will share this hidden gem with family and friends.
