At the end of an alley

Hotel is at the end of an alley in a rough part of town. I got there at 8 pm, no lights on at the property, I had a reservation so they knew I was coming, pushed the door bell three different times, I could it ring inside the building, no one answered so I had to find another hotel. When I complained, their answer is they were home, I must have been at the wrong place. Nope, looked just like the picture, only run down.

Hotel très calme où l'accès est compliqué et impressionnant la première fois, mais ensuite on s'habitue (il y a une grande descente pour accéder au parking). Il y a un grand parking à disposition. Nous n'avons jamais vu Carolina, mais avons été accueilli par Maria. Elle est attentionnée. Belle chambre spacieuse avec terrasse, petit déjeuner varié. Cuisine à disposition où nous avons mangé des pâtes un soir. Le ménage est fait tous les jours, il y a la climatisation dans la chambre. Cela n'était pas indiqué lors de la réservation mais le dernier jour nous avons du payer une taxe de séjour de 2euros/nuit/personne

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et la gentillesse de Carolina et de sa maman. La chambre est impeccable et très propre.Le petit déjeuner servi avec gentillesse sur la terrasse. Ce fut parfait, au pied du vésuve et avec le parking, pour nous rendre à l'aéroport le lendemain à midi.

The owners were so friendly and helpful. They treated us like family. The rooms and common area were beautiful and so well thought out and stocked with everything you could need. We loved our short stay here and would definitely come back.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen u nicht gerade einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen, ein Geländewagen wäre empfehlenswert. Dierekt neben der Unterkunft ist ein Betriebsgelände . Somit kein schöner Ausblick zudem kommt noch das ab 6 Uhr dort gearbeitet wird, ab da ist an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken ist. Das Frühstück findet gemeinsam mit den anderen Gästen an einem Gemeinschaftstisch.

Location in posizione strategica per visitare il Vesuvio e scavi di Ercolano ed a pochi chilometri da Napoli e Pompei. Camera spaziosa e bagni puliti, parcheggio interno comodo. La proprietaria che gestisce la struttura è veramente gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Molto soddisfatto!

Lovely place to stay.

Maria and Katerina were so welcoming. Great place to see Pompeii and Herculaneum. Comfortable room, good breakfast.

Nice stay after an afternoon at Herculaneum

Carolina was very nice and accommodating. Common area and rooms are clean and comfortable. The only thing one should be aware of is that the factory/shop nearby has a shift change in the middle of the night. I had the windows open to let in fresh air but that also meant I could hear the noise from the shift change from the room.

Très bon accueil.

Le B&B est une petitte maison indépendante sur les bas du Vésuve. L'ambiance générale nous a fait penser aux Hauts de la Réunion. Il faut une voiture pour bouger. Nous avions une salle de bain privative. Tout est là pour y préparer à manger et y déjeuner ou y dîner. Il y a une terrasse sympa où on peut manger. L'accueuil est excellent ! Notre hôtesse nous a même préparé le petit déjeuner, ce qui est rarissime dans notre expérience. Un seul point "gris" : l'usine qui est en-dessous du B&B travaille toute la nuit et les employés sont parfois bruyants.

Les propriétaires sont très gentils et attentionnés. Le B&B est très confortable, propre et calme. Bien situé, tant pour l'accès à l'autoroute que pour l'accès aux sites touristiques. Notre sejour en famille là bas a été tres agréable.

Great stopover

A little bit tricky to locate but worth the effort. Manager Carolina couldn’t have been more helpful. Breakfast was good too.

Helpful, friendly staff.

The location is a bit isolated, but very close to the Mt. Vesuvius National Park and near the ruins at Herculaneum. Staff is very accommodating and provides very secure, free parking.

Welcoming environment!

Thank you for a wonderful stay in Ercolano. Even though the B & B is a bit far from downtown, the inn keepers were astoundingly accommodating in giving me rides to and from town, for a small fee. Everything was good and I would definitely recommend this B & B to others.

Für uns als Familie mit einem "großen" Kind war das Vierbettzimmer phantastisch, denn anders als in der Beschreibung angegeben, war das Doppelbett von dem Hochbett räumlich getrennt. Auch die eingerichtete Küche mit Sitzmöglichkeit war für uns klasse. Wir fühlten uns wie in einer WG und hatten nach Belieben auch Kontakt zu den anderen Gästen. Carolina ist sehr, sehr nett; sie bietet sogar Fahrten zum Bahnhof oder Vesuv an: kostenlos.

Spacious, clean, comfortable

I was a bit nervous at first because it was a bit out of the way in a residential neighbourhood but as soon as we got there, the staff/hostess who was super friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, had a large bathroom and terrace. The kitchen was well stocked with juice, water, cold cuts, cheese, coffee, tea, cereal, etc.
