Newer home on 3.5 wooded acres. Open floor plan with 9 foot ceilings. Cozy up to the gas fireplace and enjoy a movie on the large screen Smart TV, or enjoy your favorite book. Snuggle down in comfy queen sized beds in the 2 spacious bedrooms. The well appointed kitchen adjoins the living area, so the cook is not left out of the action. The front and back of the house has covered porches so you can enjoy the outdoors even if the weather is less than perfect during your stay. A large patio off the back porch offers plenty of room to barbecue, take a nice soak in the hot tub, and simply enjoy the outside. 20 Minutes to Bristol Mountain, 4 minutes to downtown Naples, 16 minutes to Cummings Nature Center, 11 Minutes to Canandaigua Lake South End State Boat Launch, 11 minutes to Hi Tor Wildlife Management Area, 11 Minutes to West River Fishing/Small Craft Access Site, 4 minutes to Reservoir Creek Golf Course, 34 minutes to Canandaigua, and 27 minutes to Penn Yan. Close to everything the Naples Valley and the surrounding Finger Lakes region have to offer.

A Complete Getaway
We loved our time their at the home and the town. It was a complete getaway from stress and chaos from the normal day to day. It was peaceful and quiet. A real vacation, like a vacation is supposed to be. We were able to just enjoy each other's company. We didn't even turn on the tv once.

A Quiet Get-a-Way
Set back in a pine forest, a neat little house. The house is tastefully decorated, a nice flowing layout and every room inviting. Beautiful windows and well placed around the home. We enjoyed both sunrise and sunset! Felt very safe and private. The neighboring homes were quiet and never saw anyone. We came in early spring and enjoyed the hot tub and gas fire place. Well stocked kitchen, bath and bedrooms. The guest book of instructions was helpful and not overwhelming. We appreciated the keyless entry, but there was a key if that is the way you wanted to go. Minutes from downtown Naples which offered some tasty places to eat and stroll. We really liked staying here, it met our need for quiet get-a-way.

A quiet little spot. Just minutes from downtown Naples. Clean, welcoming, an all around great vibe. A private location with all the amenities that you would ever need. Tracey and Andrew have created a very welcoming home. We will definitely be recommending this property to our friends.

Beautiful home in a beautiful area
We truly enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything was well taken care of. The area is beautiful. We loved the hot tub and the extra little things that were thought of. A few more coffee mugs in the kitchen would have been handy, but that is just a minor detail. The town didn't have too many options, but that also was because of the time of our stay! Definitely had some much needed to to relax here and would recommend!

Great spot
We really enjoyed your cottage very clean and perfect for a get away in the Finger lakes. Very close to a cute town of Naples. You have to go to The Redwood restaurant great food with great prices. Very close to distilleries which we liked. We’d definitely like to come back in the fall or summer it’s a beautiful area Dave & Andrea
