"As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate...

"Absolutely beautiful cottage. Perfect placement for a Norfolk beach break away. Very clean, tidy and beautifully decorated property ! Loved the bathroom ! Bed was very comfortable ! "The hosts were great with contact from start to finish. We arrived to find a cake and some milk, which was a thoughtful touch, and they checked in with us to make sure we had found the place too. The location is perfect; really close to the beach but also there's a river at the back of the lodge where you can sit on a swing and watch the birds for hours. My daughter loved it and loved feeding the birds too. The place was spotless. Beds were so comfy too. We will hopefully be back!"

The bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen & living area were spacious. With the living area going straight onto the patio area to the pool with several areas to sit & relax. This property is superb."

"This seasoned property was well-situated in a small village just across the pond from the local pub. It provided us with plenty of room for five adults and was a good home base for exploring some of the coastal areas of Norfolk. We loved the ability to have a fire in the fireplace each night. Our host, Ian, was very welcoming and helpful. While some of the appliances could stand to be updated, overall, we had a pleasant stay."

"This is a delightful cottage, with a cosy sitting-room and then much larger than expected and extremely well-equipped kitchen/diner at the back. We didn’t have sitting out weather, but there is a small secluded garden at the back which would be lovely in summer - better than it appears on the Vrbo photos. Despite being on a road called High Street it is very quiet. A bonus is the well above-average quality selection of books and DVDs available."
