The Eggs Benedict were excellent… I travel to/through Japan several times a year and usually stay at Hotel Niko … until now. I think I’ve found my new favorite hotel. I was warmly greeted by a lady upon arrival to the hotel lobby. She was warmed and friendly while assisting me to check in. I am unable to catch her name tag as it was written in Japanese but I will remember her face and smile. Friendly and approachable yet professional in her work. Hotel was clean and neat upon arriving. The shuttle bus amenity to airport and Aeon Narita is superb and super convenient. Breakfast choices was good with wide selection of both international and local choices. Room was clean and neat too and comes with bathtub which is convenient to use.
