Staff was amazing! Yuki made our experience fantastic with helping with our luggage and answering any questions we had. Front lobby area was nice, clean and very open. Our room itself was very spacious however beds were not comfortable and rooms were a bit outdated.

Very good airport hotel, conveniently located only minutes away from the terminals. The staff is very nice, the food is quite good and the bed very comfy. The front desk was exceptional when I checked in I asked for a late checkout and there was no problem. They also gave me great directions to see the local sites and order a taxi for me. Breakfast was included in my stay and it was excellent. Will definitely stay here the next time O flybthru Narita airport. PS. The shuttle bus which is free is very good.
