Had a great stay at Hotel Nikko Narita! Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Loved having the convenience of the airport shuttle AND the city shuttle to AEON mall and JR Narita station! The Lawson inside the lobby was also such a nice touch, could grab breakfast or a quick dinner without even having to leave the hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable, walls are a little thin so you can hear other guests in the hallways occasionally.

It was nice there was a shuttle from Narita Airport to the hotel and back. It made our experience there very easy. The hotel was nice, staff was nice, room was comfortable. It was a great experience overall.

I have stayed at Hotel Nikko Narita a number of times in the last year and the level of service that has been provided has always been exceptional. The rooms are clean and roomy and are perfect for a one night stay. The bus that runs between the airport and the hotel is a huge benefit and runs like clockwork. The Front Desk Manager, Mr Perez always goes out of his way to assist me. On this recent stay I have to mention Mr Suval who went above and beyond to assist me with an excessive amount of luggage. His help saved me a lot of time and excess baggage fees so I am extremely grateful to him. Thank you to the entire team for yet another wonderful stay. I will of course be returning on my next layover.

We stayed in the annex as the rooms were bigger than the main building. Room was clean. Bathroom was old but clean and functional. Somehow I thought there was a gym. It would be great if there was one there as it's good to physically tire yourself before a long flight ( exercise is good in general). We loved the shuttle- clean and punctual. Breakfast was good. They had a FRANKE latte machine. Nice!!!

Staff is extremely friendly. Excellent location if you need to take a flight to/from Narita. You have a grocery store and restaurants. Rooms need some maintenance, they look old. Complementary bottle of water would be a nice to have

Great service at this hotel by all staff. No tipping expected. Frequent shuttles to both airport and downtown Narita. Good dining options, 24 hr. Lawsons convenience store on premises. Rooms are typical size of Japanese city hotel - small, but very well equipped and clean.

We found the hotel and staff to be very professional, the room was clean, fresh and did not smell of cigarettes. The free shuttles were super convenient to airport, Narita City, etc, the surrounds are very quiet. We didn't get to try the restaurant due to a power outage. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again.

Hotel shuttle every 30 min to hotel, shuttles to local tourist areas also leave on similar schedule. Breakfast buffet was incredible. Amazing helpful staff, very clean room with all needed amenities, will be back again as our goto when we arrive in Narita/Tokyo. Thanks Nikko hotel!

Perfect for proximity to Narita airport. Otherwise, really no reason to stay here. A few minor drawbacks: 1. No closet in the room. 2. No safe in the room for valuables.

Very nice hotel with great attentive staff. It was great having 2 restaurants right in the hotel as well as a convenience store. It would of been nice if the room was a little larger, however, that seems standard size for most of Asia. Unfortunately you don't have much control regulating the AC system. The room was slightly warmer than I would of liked. Keeping in mind I like a cold room. Overall I would recommend this hotel to others.
