Hotel is old and run down. Pool doesn’t open until 2pm or something like that. Needs renovating.

Toyoko Inn Narita Airport Honkan
Location is good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room smelled like if this was a smoking room when all rooms are supposed to be smoke free. Would not stay there again due to the horrible smoke smell

The shuttle bus service was great and drivers were very polite and helpful. The free breakfast was also good with many choices.
