"This was a unique hotel that is part of an old castle. Stefano and Elisabetta were wonderful hosts! Stefano is an architect and designed the rooms. Huge, comfortable room and expansive bathroom. A delicious breakfast was ready for us in the morning. Not far from Rome and you get to enjoy the quiet village of Fiano Romano. "

The location is perfect: peaceful, elegant, and close to everything we needed to explore Viterbo and its surroundings. "The hotel is a 10 minute bike tide from Bullicame Thermal Springs, a lovely free park with hot pools, and thr Botanic Garden. We borrowed the hotel bikes and enjoyed a delightful visit. The dinner buffet was delicious and affordable, with a wide variety of foods. Hotel is immediately next to a bus station and a mall and a 20 minute walk from the old city walls. Everything about the hotel surpassed my expectations. Great job!"

"I picked this place because I prefer to stay in the countryside rather than a city and this place did not disappoint. It was quiet and peaceful. I also liked that they had an outdoor swimming pool, which was a good way to cool down since the weather was extremely hot. The breakfast was excellent, and I recommend their restaurant for dining too. It is traditional Italian food prepared to order without rushing. Be ready to spend at least an hour on the whole dining experience."
