A modest ranch located off of Knowlesway that's just 1/4 mile away from Scarborough State Beach. The home features a large family room and hardwood floors. The family room opens up to a bright kitchen, where you can walk through and access an additional den in the front of the home. The master bedroom comes fully equipped with a bathroom. THIS HOUSE DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDTIONING. It does have fans and one window A/C unit in the kitchen window.

It is the tenant's responsibility to fill the gas grill tank when empty. You may fill tanks at Jerry's Hardware 401-783-4666 located on Point Judith Road across from the Stop and Shop plaza. OK stay

Great location, you can walk to beach. But property shows lack of care. Shrubbery beds full of weeds, front step too high, moldings missing in bathroom, light switches in inconvenient locations, missing pillow, mismatched light bulbs, pictures not even hung on the walls, vanities too high, no scatter rugs in bedrooms, mismatched chairs. But it had a window A/C !
