Cute house with a beautiful view of Pt. Judith Pond. The house is a short drive to beaches, restaurants and shops. It looks like a good place for kayaking as well.
we were in town dropping our son at college and decided to stay a few days. The cottage was very clean, sweet, and with a fabulous view of Pt. Judith pond!!!
My daughter and I came to celebrate her birthday. We loved the cottage which was immaculate and had absolutely everything we needed. The setting was gorgeous, and we wished we could’ve stayed longer. Hope to be back again soon. Would definitely recommend this cottage. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked. Narragansett is a lovely spot and we explored and had some good meals.
Nice upgrades. All new windows, doors, floors and appliances. Great view and warm and comfortable even during an April Nor’easter.

Great little house!!
We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this cottage. It was so pretty, it was immaculate, it was comfortable, and welcoming. It was easy to find and was close to everything - stores, restaurants and beaches. The beds were super comfortable. The weather wasn't too nice, so we stayed in most of the day and really enjoyed the place and were able to relax. In the evening we went out for dinner and were about 5 minutes from many excellent restaurants. A Great Getaway!
Cottage was small but cute and comfortable. Perfect for 2-4 people. It is perfect location for shopping, restaurants and the ferry, and very easy to get around the area but in a very quiet area so great to relax. May be a bit more hectic during summer but everything was very accessible and close. Lovely view from deck. Wish there was easier access to the water other than the dock but very marshy and overgrown so no access but still nice to view from the deck and dock. Would consider a return visit.

The cottage was nice, clean and comfortable. Very nice location. Close to ocean, beaches and restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped.
I do need to mention that the beds have very firm mattresses. My husband could not sleep on them, too firm for his back, so he slept on the couch the whole visit. It was also a strain on my back, but I didn't have any other option.
The heating system is also loud. You don't notice it much during the day but at night it is loud.

Cozy Cottage with Stunning Views!
We spent five days at the Narragansett cottage over the New Year’s break and had a brilliant week. The cottage is small but incredibly cozy, with ever-changing views across the pond from both the lounge and bedroom—absolutely stunning. The home is well-appointed, featuring comfortable beds, a great shower, and a kitchen equipped with quality pots, perfect for home-cooked meals.Although it was too cold to enjoy the outdoor amenities during our stay, the property is clearly set up for summer months with an excellent BBQ and seating for outdoor dining. The location is peaceful and very quiet, yet centrally located with everything you need close by. There’s a Stop & Shop just a few minutes down the road and plenty of restaurants within 15 minutes of the property. There are some great beaches that are all nearby, and the Block Island ferry is just up the road, where you can also find excellent seafood! The owners were a pleasure to deal with, making our stay smooth and hassle-free. We can highly recommend this property as a fantastic base for exploring Narragansett its a cozy, welcoming place that makes for a perfect holiday home.
This cottage was lovely. It had the perfect deck view for settling in with a good book, some chill music and a glass of wine. The beach was a short drive away. We will be back!
The place was nicely decorated and comfortable. Watching the sunrise on the deck was the best. Great location. Easy access to Point Judith ferry to Block Island, Newport and local beaches. When we were there the smell of the wild roses filled the air - heavenly,
Cute place, no real parking spot, parked on grass, shower could use a hand shower, there were several spiders in one of the bedrooms.

great for small family
The house was clean, simple and had all the essentials. We loved- crabbing at the end of the dock, the outdoor (hot water) shower, the comfy beds, watching the wildlife with binoculars from the deck, location close to many beaches, (he house came with beach towels and chairs so one less thing to bring) and coming home from the beach to indoor AC. We are already thinking about coming back next summer.
The house was very nice and even though the weather was not the best we enjoyed our stay. Although it can sleep four, the second bedroom is small and the bed might not be comfortable for some adults. The larger bedroom is nice. The location is great for beach goers and it is a short drive to Newport and convenient for other RI side trips as well. We would stay again.
