Renovations complete in this 4 bedroom and 2 bath home. Spacious, light and bright and is located on a quiet street. New flooring, new paint, new furniture and furnishings! Main level features a huge open floor plan with picture windows, spacious seating in front of the TV, comfortable dining area and a kitchen with granite and stainless that is fully outfitted with everything you need for that vacation lobster dinner. The main level opens to an over-sized deck outfitted with a gas grill and outdoor dining area, all under the shade of a big tree for those lazy summer evenings. Just off the deck find the oversize outdoor shower to wash away those sandy toes and relax after a long day in the sun. The main level is rounded out by two bedrooms with queen size beds and plenty of storage, beautifully furnished and tastefully appointed. There's also a full bath with shower/tub, and double sink vanity so everyone has space to get ready for that night out. The lower level features two more spacious bedrooms, each with a sliding glass door that opens to a deck, plus a second full bathroom with a walk in shower and another double vanity. Equipped with full laundry room. Sleeps 8 in the bedrooms, plus the pull out couch will sleep 2 more for a total of 10. The house is just a quick drive or bike ride to the town beach (4 miles) and state beach (8 miles) and only 15 minutes to Newport! Beach chairs and toys provided. Linens and bath towels provided. Close to all area amenities. The HDTV Smart TV on the main level has YouTube TV for Live TV and available connections for all your favorite streaming subscriptions.
