"Extremely dog friendly! The staff was so friendly. The area was so peaceful and quiet, very close to two main shopping areas (Boone market and another street a few blocks over) 30 minutes from Newport. Room was comfortable and very clean."

"Excellent location. Lovely balcony and outdoor seating area overlooking the beach. The rooms are fine. They make you pay extra for a crib/pack and play. The hotel is locally owned so I understand being on a budget but it can seem like the staff/hotel are pinching Pennie’s when you ask for any extras. The hospitality is not as welcoming or friendly as what you would find at a higher end hotel."

"The owner is wonderful! She is most kind and made certain that she was attentive to all our needs. This is an excellent place to stay with beautiful surroundings, comfortable accommodations and lovely amenities. We had a great time!!!!!"

"Lovely cottage near the beach! It was very cozy for two people (my bestie and I ended up riding out a storm in the cottage, enjoying snacks and watching movies). While we only stayed a night, it was a nice stay. Maria is also very responsive and I appreciated her quick communication."
