"Perfect location. Rooms were clean enough. Housekeeping upon request. Also need to ask for clean towels which they could improve upon. No real breakfast available other than coffee, oh and bagels. Ice machine and cold water available in the lobby. Nice view from the room with balconies."

"This was our first stay at this house, and it exceeded our expectations.From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well maintained everything was. The home was spotless and felt very sanitary, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. The layout is also fantastic for larger groups, with two separate living spaces that provide plenty of room for everyone to gather together or spread out when needed.The backyard was another highlight. It offers a peaceful, private space to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning coffee or an evening outside, it adds a lot to the overall experience.The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed throughout our stay, and the host was responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with.While the public beaches in the area are beautiful, the private beach just minutes away is what truly sets this property apart. It is honestly one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever visited. The water sparkles, the scenery is breathtaking, and it feels like a hidden gem. Having access to such an incredible beach made our trip even more special.The home comfortably accommodated the number of guests advertised, and everything about our stay was easy and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway in Narragansett."

"Hotel was fine. Pool was under construction which was lame but the room itself was nice and clean. The terrace was quite unkept but a nice additin. Overall the location of the hotel is amazing being right near the beach so that in itself makes this worth it!!"
