Indoor and outdoor space abounds with two living rooms, updated kitchen fully stocked for the home chef, and a separate dining room seats 12. Wrap-around porch and deck includes gas grill and seating for alfresco dining. With 3 bathrooms- one on each level- and an outdoor shower with private changing area, there is room for everyone to freshen up after a day at the beach. Enjoy a quiet evening on the rocking chairs or in the private yard making s’mores on the wood-burning Solo Stove, or walk around Narragansett Pier neighborhood for endless restaurant options. Home is located on a dead-end street with no thru traffic.

Rentals include all bed linens, beach chairs, beach wagon, sand toys, boogie boards, rolling cooler and umbrella! Mudroom fully stocked with beach supplies.

Easy crosswalk across the street to Sprague Park playground, pickleball courts, baseball fields.
