Situated on a private quarter-acre lot, this family-friendly home offers plenty of space and comfort. Inside you’ll find a spacious living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, plus ducted AC throughout the upstairs living area. Step outside to a generous private deck with outdoor dining and a grill. The layout includes three upstairs bedrooms (all three with queens) and a full bath, plus a large finished open lower level with another full bath containing a washer and dryer. Relax on the deck with a drink or unwind with your favorite shows on new large 4K TV. High-speed internet supports remote work, and beach chairs, two town beach passes, kids’ beach toys and board games are provided. Just bring your swimsuit and enjoy all that Narragansett has to offer. A fee of $200 will be charged for each lost beach pass.
