Located in the popular Eastward Look neighborhood, it's a short walk to Scarborough Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Southern New England. Enjoy the waves of the Atlantic Ocean and the large Scarborough Boardwalk and Pavilion area. Walk the rocks and fish off Black Point, or just relax in our large backyard. Less than a 1/2 mile to the neighborhood children's playground, tennis courts and basketball court.
8 Kingston Lane features five large bedrooms with a queen bed and a roll-away twin in each. Beautiful Kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room and two large family rooms. Large screen TV in living room and TV's in two bedrooms, DVD & wireless internet. Ceiling fans and portable fans throughout.

Great Stay

We had a great time with family. The place was big enough to support our family with 8 adults and 5 children. The hosts were very nice and checked in with us several times. A great experience.

Awesome location

The layout was perfect in and out. There was plenty for the grandchildren to do and the fire pit and outdoor shower were a bonus. The hosts were easy to contact and very helpful. Definitely the best property we have rented by far.

Grandparents

Three generations of our family had a lovely stay at this beautiful, well appointed and very well located home! The lovely Scarborough beach was a short walk from the house. We were able to visit Mystic, Newport and Block Island during our weeklong stay. Sleeping arrangements for the 12 of us were comfortable and kitchen was very well stocked. We had a fabulous family week and owners were easy to contact and responded quickly. Highly recommend

Great Experience

This was the 2nd year in a row staying at this property and it is excellent. It is spacious and a close walk to the beach. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great stay for family fun

Overall, this house met my family/extended family’s lodging needs. From the spacious bedrooms and outdoor space with close proximity to the beach - this house is perfect for a big family. The property owner was extremely friendly and communicative which made the check in/out process extremely easy.

Wonderful Week

Great house Lots of space for our group of 12 adults! Short walk to the beach Nice outdoor shower and back yard space. Lots of beach chairs and plenty of room in kitchen and living room for making food and hanging out. Owners were welcoming and responded quickly to any questions. Highly recommend!

Exceeded expectations

It's hard to know where to begin - house was spotless, supplied all of our needs for the beach (just a short walk away!), plenty of seating inside AND outside (so comfy in the backyard!), plenty of dishes, towels, beach chairs, beautiful appliances, on and on. The kids had their own cool bedrooms. We had such a great time here. Neighborhood is friendly and great for late night walks.

We had a great stay , the house was as good as advertised. The bathrooms were great and the outdoor shower was definitely used. We loved the outdoor patio off the dining room, and the patio furniture was really comfortable. The bedrooms were all a good size, and worked nicely for us. Quiet neighborhood and very close to Scarborough beach. Can't wait until next summer

Great Location

Chucks house was perfect for our large group! We had 8 adults and 3 kids all under the age of 3. The house had lots of space and everything we needed for our week away. They even had several baby items to make traveling easier. We especially loved the fenced in back yard for the kids to explore and the new patio couch with umbrella for the sunny days! We will definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect for our Summer family vacation! It fit us all perfectly well and comfortably. The loft area was amazing for the 4 teen cousins, they felt like they had their own private area & were away from the rest of the adults! The yard was great for games and barbecuing and provided plenty of seating areas as well. The new outdoor shower was great after beach days! The house had plenty of towels/linens & was clean and had enough room for us all to enjoy a great game of cards inside as well at a large dining room table on a rainy day! The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We have been coming to Narragansett for the past 7 years for our yearly Summer Family vacation and this is by far our favorite house!!

Wedding Getaway

The house was perfect for our family which included 5 adults and three children. The house was very clean and spacious and was perfect for our multi generation family. We were able to walk to the beach which was a plus with small children. The house was equipped with plenty of towels as well as sheets which made our stay convenient. The owners were were nice and very responsive. I would definitely rent this house in the future. Thanks for making our stay for my niece’s wedding very enjoyable.

Fabulous week at the beach

plenty of room and privacy for everyone. Our children were eight months to 10 years old. Everyone had a wonderful time. The house was supplied with everything you could need for a wonderful beach day loved it. The backyard is fenced in with children walk to the beach was easy for all the kids, the surrounding area had plenty of things for them to do especially Adventureland. We had some nice meals at Champlin’s had a clam boil one of the nights with all the fixings and and we will probably rent this property again it was wonderful stay thank you so much and the fruit basket that you sent us was wonderful.

Great place!

This was a great place to stay with family! The house was equipped with everything and anything you could possibly need. Tons of space and a beautiful downstairs layout! The owners were amazing with communication. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect getaway

The house and location were great for our needs. Back and front yards were well used and all of the extras (beach chairs, boogie boards, hand sanitizers, bikes) were much appreciated. And extra air conditioners that we didn't expect were amazing as it was VERY hot. We had an issue with a door lock and the owner could not have been more responsive. Thanks!

Perfect vacation home for a large family!!

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious home in a great family friendly neighborhood. The loft area was perfect for our older kids!!! The home had two living room spaces which also worked out great. The kitchen area had a modern feel with a large island. We were very close to the beach but with our younger kids we ended up driving. We would definitely recommend this property!

Another Great Stay

We stayed at the house for two weeks with our extended families and, as always, had a great time. The house is well equipped with everything that you need and Chuck is an attentive host if something comes up. If you've ot a larger family or group and want to be in Eastward Look, this is definitely one of the best options available.

Close to the beach and plenty of room for everyone. Neighborhood was quiet and kid friendly.

Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. Good size kitchen with a nice island in the middle. Backyard was fenced and great for entertaining with plenty of seating with a nice fire pit.tvs all worked and a fan in every bedroom. Overall a great time .
