About this property

Walk to Beach with with central AC!

  • Come spend your summer vacation in Narragansett, in this bright and spacious home located 1/2 mile walk from Scarborough beach North. This newly renovated (granite, new appliances, new flooring, etc) 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home sleeps 10 and is an easy 8 minute (0.5 mile) walk to the more quiet side of Scarborough beach. This home has central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.

    This home features a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, cookware, tableware and glassware. Meals can be prepared and enjoyed in our furnished dining room or screened 3 season porch. Our bedrooms are tastefully decorated with modern bedding. We provide sheets, pillows, bath towels, 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The property also has a gas grill and outdoor shower. We are local and we will be personally responsive to your needs.

    Eastward Look is a quiet neighborhood, great for families! The playground, basketball and tennis courts are only a 2 minute walk. There are plenty of beaches to choose from-- Scarborough, Roger Wheeler, Narragansett Beach and Matunuck. Block Island makes an awesome day trip with the Ferry being a 5 minute drive away. Easy day trips to Jamestown, Newport, Watch Hill, Mystic Aquarium, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos are under an hour away. There is definitely something for everyone!
