"Great location and amazing hosts Great cottage set off of the road with direct access to the pond and plenty kayaks, canoe, etc for use. Wood stove and mini split door heat. I used just the mini split and worked perfectly. Communication from the host Tom was above and beyond as he had great recommendations for dining and walked me through a small issue with the hot tub filter. The cottage was spotless and check in was easy. Plenty of sights and good dining short drives away. The coffee maker made a good cup of coffee as well. Something I find can be overlooked at some rentals. 10/10 would recommend"

"The room was clean and very basic. It was nicely decorated. It could have had some plastic cups for the bathroom and tissues. Very few outlets but all in all a great place to stay for one night at a good rate. It is on a heavy traveled road but the traffic noise was OK for us. There is a lake view but a bit in the distance. We were there in October so most of the amenities were not available but the town of Bridgton is close by for whatever you might need. The staff was welcoming when we arrived."

"Had a lovely and relaxing time at this adorable cabin. Everything was very clean. Kitchen had all the utensils and dining ware you’d need plus some basic pantry staples. My in-laws loved the comfy recliners in front of the fireplace and the view of the lake was perfect. Perfect place to unwind for a bit."

"Quiet and peaceful! I greatly enjoyed staying at The Nut House. Everything was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying there. Hiked Pleasant Mountain on the Southwest trail (20 minutes away). The beach is just a short walk down the road."

"Wow! Todd’s lakefront home is a quintessential Maine slice of heaven! We stayed over Labor Day weekend as a party of 6 family members gathering for a reunion for the first time in a couple of years, and we could not have chosen a more perfect venue.Todd was an outstanding host, with clear, quick communication, every amenity you could want (including a vase of beautiful flowers on the table upon arrival), and an immaculate home. There are multiple seating areas for gathering as a group, or to read solo, fantastic fire pit for evening chats, beautiful sunsets on the dock and a fantastic hammock for lounging.We fished, canoed, ate out, dined in and just had an effortless amazing time. If Todd’s home happens to be available when you are searching for a place to stay in the Bridgton area - do not hesitate!! - book this home, you will 100% be thrilled you did!!"

"Waking up and seeing a lake is the best vacation. Perfectly sized, clean lake. The house is clean with a well-appointed kitchen. Cooking there felt like home. Sitting outside, I loved seeing the hummingbird, heron, and silly red squirrels eating green pine cones. Only heard the loon but my kids saw it. Jogged several days on the lovely sandy trail about a quarter mile down the road (go left out of the driveway). Bridgton and Cornish have great shopping. Ebenezer's Pub in Lovell is fun! Hope to be back. Thanks for sharing this slice of quiet heaven, Derek."
