"The rooms are large, clean and have great lighting. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. There rooftop bar has a nice atmosphere. The food was good, too. "

"The room was ok the showerhead was turned out so that when you turned it on the water went straight to my face plus there was no cold water only very hot water called front desk they sent mantainence up to fix but then we had only cold water. Breakfast was good but bacon not cooked correctly. Parking attendants were awesome very nice as well as the front desk "

"Bed was very comfortable, HVAC worked well and was quiet, apartment was comfortable and clean. Parking was easy and felt safe and secure. The surrounding area is pretty sketchy, lots of gang graffiti and abandoned buildings with some homeless sleeping areas, so not somewhere you would walk around after dark. My biggest complaint was you could constantly hear clumping footsteps from the unit right above, so that was a bit annoying. We never got the pre-check-in email, so we were delayed trying to figure out why we couldn't get in the door. I'm really not a fan of total electronic check-in, I still like a human presence, sorry. But after several phone calls and 40 minutes, it got squared away. I found the 4 pm check in a bit late, convenience-wise, though. I mean come on, 3 pm is late enough, people!"

"Grounds rather sad and lobby, but the room was fine. Didn't stay long enough to get coffee or food. There was live music in the lobby bar. Country winners of various shows like The Voice. Right across from the park. You could see the Parthenon from our balcony. Walking to ice cream, J.Alexanders, PFChang and several others. Vanderbilt stadium was in the rear of the hotel across the back parking lot. "

"I travel all the time for work and stay in hotels usually 3 nights a week. This was definitely one of the best. Clean, quiet, friendly staff, EXCELLENT breakfast, close to everything. I will definitely be back."

"I enjoy this property. It’s been clean every time I’ve stayed here… the location of the hotel is a positive… the staff was warm & helpful (saleema, marquis, Jordan… thank u)… there’s nothing sexy about the hotel. It is serviceable. I’d recommend it 2 folks that want a safe, clean space."
