Room with "limited ventilation"

Was asked at check-in if I wanted to pay for an upgrade because my room had "limited ventilation". The problem turned out to be that the window could not be opened properly, which made the room very hot. This is not normal.

Good location

The cleanliness is good, location is also very convenient. The aiport bus stops directly in front of the hotel. There’s a shopping mall just across the road with a supermarket too. Only complaint is that there is no bathroom slippers and toothbrush kit provided.

Good breakfast buffet, comfortable room & beds. Stairwell is dark & no guidance how to get to reception - do not use! Parking is close & reasonable, but off-site. We enjoyed dinner at pub downstairs (halibut, salmon pasta, apple cake)

They checked us into an old room that was really hot and dirty. A very high step into the bathroom which made it easy to fall. Very unsafe for elderly or kids. They did upgrade our room to a renovated one, but with a fee of 200 NOK. Better be safe than sorry!

Illa service och trist bemötande. Bastu inne på rummet då jag bodde där sommartid. Vet inte om de var underbemannade, men tallrikar, bestick och rester fyllde frukostborden utan att någon plockade bort.
