Had a great stay, property is great and in the middle of everything on 12th Avenue. Very short ride to Broadway downtown and great restaurants and bars around the property. Host was extremely responsive. My wife and I had an exceptional time. Building is very safe and has an elevator up to the property.

Struggled with initial check-in process and obtaining the codes required to get the unit key. Parking is also a problem right now due to construction. This requires we park a block away. Unit was clean and a great option if staying off 12-South. However, the initial check-in experience was frustrating.
