1- Historic Music Row - The Music City Collection

A true Nashville gem on Historic Music Row. Luxury home in the Heart of Nashville, experience this beautifully remodeled vintage house on Music Row.

Home Layout: The first level is made up of the foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, and primary bedroom with en suite bath and king bed. The living room sofa is a queen sleeper sofa. There is a half bath in the hallway. The second level has a loft space with queen sleeper sofa, and two additional bedrooms with king beds and en suite full baths. There is a tv in the living area, primary bedroom, and both upstairs bedrooms.


Guests have private access to the entire House with the exception of the primary closet and detached garage. There is free street parking directly in front of the home.

Our team is available via text throughout your stay.

Located in the trendy Edgehill neighborhood, this home is located within a short walk from dining, shopping, and nightlife hot spots. A short Uber/ Lyft Ride to Downtown Nashville for more local attractions.

CANCELLATIONS – STRICT— Full refund less credit card processing fees for cancellations made 60 days prior to travel dates. We are very considerate of special circumstances within the 60 day non-refundable period. If we are able to rebook dates we will offer a refund in the amount recovered up to the full booking amount. Other circumstances considered on a case by case basis.

House was absolutely stunning!

Perfect accommodations for three couples visiting Nashville! The house was exactly as pictured and absolutely beautiful! Nice neighborhood, easy walk to some local restaurants and bars. Short drive/uber to Broadway. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous home in convenient location

We loved our stay at this gorgeous home in Edgehill! It was so cozy yet spacious with wonderful features. The master bath shower is to die for! And it was conveniently located to all the Nashville sites. Definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful home!

The house was clean, beautiful and as described. Close enough to the Gulch (about 1/2 mile) and Broadway (about 1.5 miles) that we were able to walk. Beds and furniture were comfy. Quiet neighborhood, definitely recommend!

Friends do Nashville

Great Group House & Location

This was our first time to Nashville with three couples. The house was beautiful and perfect for our group with each couple having their own en suite to each bedroom. Location was nice - close to music row, the gulch and downtown. Walkable to all the sites or jump on a trolley.

Great new years weekend.

We spent new years weekend with friends. Great location and awesome house. Nice upgrades. Could use some more comfortable furniture in the living room, but overall the house was great. Would stay again.

Beautiful home, lots of upgrades!

We could not have been more impressed with this house. The house was even nicer than we expected, very clean and well maintained. There are many upgrades that give the house a high-end feel, and the owner was very responsive to all questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property with a mix of historic brick and modern decorating!

This property was more beautiful than the online pictures showed. Plenty of space for everyone. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. Lighting system was complicated, but ended up being a laughable challenge!! House was within “safe” walking distance of many places. We will absolutely stay here in the future!

Amazing Place

This was the perfect little house. I walked in and said I wanted to purchase it! All 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom...the house is gorgeous and very spacious. We were there for a baseball tournament and stayed near the team hotel...but, I also have family in town and plan to rent this place time and time again. It was central for everything we did...and on my morning walks it was some great sight seeing!

Fabulous House!

3 couples stayed at this house to celebrate a birthday for a long weekend! Everyone LOVED the house. It was great that each couple got their own space- with a bedroom and bathroom. The common area was large and comfortable. The patio had great seating. The location was perfect, right between the gulch and 12-south! And, the finishes, charm, and character of the home are beautiful. They also had plenty of towels, hair dryers, and kitchen pots, pans, cups, etc. Highly recommend this house for your next stay!!

Beautiful Home

We arrived to Nashville earlier than check in and were allowed access to the home. The weather was very cold and snowy compared to what Nashville is used to so there ended up being some heating issues on the second level. Laura was on top of it and communicated with me frequently ensuring things were addressed and working out. The home is beautiful. Everything was very clean. Kitchen was open to the living room making it a great hang out space. Great place to stay!

Lovely stay

Such a beautiful home! Very clean. Prompt communication with property manager. We had a small issue with the heating unit upstairs and it was quickly attended to. We love being able to walk to some delicious restaurants, shops, and Vanderbilt campus. The home was clean and fit my group of friends with plenty of space. We were able to use a grocery delivery service for some necessities once we arrived. Thank you for sharing your property with us for a memorable trip!

The house is perfectly located for daily walks and beautifully remodeled. Check in was easy. Good bedding. The listing indicated private parking but owners said parking was only in front of the house, which was always available for our three cars. Plan to rent it again.

Perfect Nashville stay

Wow! What an amazing place to stay. Beautiful massive and so comfortable. Well equipped and super clean. We were able to walk into Nashville Broadway although Ubers super easy too. Loved it.

Everything was fine but 2 of the 3 stove burners that we tried wouldn't work. The bedroom on the top floor to the left had a pipe leaking under the sink which we had to put a bowl under, as well as bugs around the bathroom sink, a sink faucet that was loose and a shower/tub spout that isn't attached to the shower wall. We were also expecting one more bedroom which turned out to be a loft instead.

Great House!

Beautiful house with all of the amenities you would need! Restaurants and coffee shops only a short walk away! Also short Uber rides to everything downtown Nashville. Will definitely stay again!
