1- Historic Music Row - The Music City Collection

A true Nashville gem on Historic Music Row. Luxury home in the Heart of Nashville, experience this beautifully remodeled vintage house on Music Row.

Home Layout: The first level is made up of the foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, and primary bedroom with en suite bath and king bed. The living room sofa is a queen sleeper sofa. There is a half bath in the hallway. The second level has a loft space with queen sleeper sofa, and two additional bedrooms with king beds and en suite full baths. There is a tv in the living area, primary bedroom, and both upstairs bedrooms.


Guests have private access to the entire House with the exception of the primary closet and detached garage. There is free street parking directly in front of the home.

Our team is available via text throughout your stay.

Located in the trendy Edgehill neighborhood, this home is located within a short walk from dining, shopping, and nightlife hot spots. A short Uber/ Lyft Ride to Downtown Nashville for more local attractions.

CANCELLATIONS – STRICT— Full refund less credit card processing fees for cancellations made 60 days prior to travel dates. We are very considerate of special circumstances within the 60 day non-refundable period. If we are able to rebook dates we will offer a refund in the amount recovered up to the full booking amount. Other circumstances considered on a case by case basis.

Perfect Getaway with Friends

The house was great and the host team was very responsive. Especially loved the sitting area upstairs which was perfect for getting some alone time. And just three blocks away, we found Sadie’s, a Mediterranean restaurant with a tasty, healthy menu. The location of the house was perfect for getting to other restaurants and grocery stores and attractions.

Gorgeous home in convenient location

We loved our stay at this gorgeous home in Edgehill! It was so cozy yet spacious with wonderful features. The master bath shower is to die for! And it was conveniently located to all the Nashville sites. Definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful home!

The house was clean, beautiful and as described. Close enough to the Gulch (about 1/2 mile) and Broadway (about 1.5 miles) that we were able to walk. Beds and furniture were comfy. Quiet neighborhood, definitely recommend!

Beautiful property!

This is even better than the pictures and exceeded our expectations x100. The house is stunning, had everything we needed and was extremely clean. Beds were super comfortable, living space furniture was too. Nice neighbourhood, very quiet. Street parking was easy, we never had a problem. Can’t say enough good things, we would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great new years weekend.

We spent new years weekend with friends. Great location and awesome house. Nice upgrades. Could use some more comfortable furniture in the living room, but overall the house was great. Would stay again.

Absolutely beautiful home!

This home is absolutely beautiful! It’s in a bit of an older neighborhood, but safe and so conveniently located. We were able to walk to The Gulch, Starbucks, our morning workouts and much more. Will definitely seek this home out for availability on future trips to Nashville!

I stayed here for four nights with my two good friends and our three daughters for a mother daughter weekend. It was perfect! Each mom and daughter and their own room and bathroom. The house has been fully renovated and is just beautiful!! We loved everything about it including the location. Easy to Uber anywhere!!!

Look no further! This is a spectacular home close to everything. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and is within a safe neighborhood. The special touches added by the cleaning crew made us feel welcomed and right at home. Communication with management was superb. We will definitely return!

Great property

This was a great property. Plenty of room for all three couples and very nice having our own bathrooms. Easily walking distances to downtown and all the fun. Only bummer was the radio system didn’t work due to others misbehaving and not following rules. This is a great place. Thank you

Couldn't be Better!!

The property was as advertised and immaculate. The kitchen is well stocked for those that would like to cook. The location was convenient to all of the things we wanted to do in Nashville. Only a short Uber away from everything. Lastly, it is a beautiful home. The entryway and staircase are spectacular. The master bath may be the best I have stayed in. Soooo ... rent it ... have fun in Nashville

Family Trip

We enjoyed our family adult vacation. It was a great location where we could walk to Music Row, walked to the Gulch and down to Broadway. The home was stunning. The upstairs bathrooms had some issues with not having hot water consistently on the first day but seemed to fix itself after that. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Fabulous House!

3 couples stayed at this house to celebrate a birthday for a long weekend! Everyone LOVED the house. It was great that each couple got their own space- with a bedroom and bathroom. The common area was large and comfortable. The patio had great seating. The location was perfect, right between the gulch and 12-south! And, the finishes, charm, and character of the home are beautiful. They also had plenty of towels, hair dryers, and kitchen pots, pans, cups, etc. Highly recommend this house for your next stay!!

Perfection!!!

Amazing home perfect for girls’ trip, families, couples, university visits, you name it! The host was very easy to communicate with and super sweet!! The home is the best of everything. Very comfortable with the best of modern meets history. We were in town for a girls weekend and the location is central to everything yet quiet and peaceful. This home is a must!! Awesome!

The house was beautiful!! Comfortable, Clean and spacious. There were 6 of us and it had all the amenities we needed. Felt very safe. Close to town. Not walking distance but Uber was always 1-2 minutes away. Laura, the home host, was the sweetest and so helpful. She responded to questions within minutes. We loved the place!! Would stay there again!

Beautiful Home

We arrived to Nashville earlier than check in and were allowed access to the home. The weather was very cold and snowy compared to what Nashville is used to so there ended up being some heating issues on the second level. Laura was on top of it and communicated with me frequently ensuring things were addressed and working out. The home is beautiful. Everything was very clean. Kitchen was open to the living room making it a great hang out space. Great place to stay!
