THE SPACE:
Welcome to our beautifully renovated 1920's home, offering 3,600 square feet of comfortable living space. Step inside and enjoy the charm of hardwood floors and lofty ceilings throughout. With five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a mud/shower room, there's plenty of room for everyone.
The basement features a fun game room with ping pong and pool tables—perfect for friendly competition. Outside, you'll find a lovely patio with upper and lower decks, ideal for relaxation and outdoor dining. Gather around the fire pit with plenty of complimentary firewood for cozy evenings under the stars.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The home is walkable to multiple restaurants, coffee shops, and bars, and downtown Nashville is just a 6-minute Lyft/Uber ride away.

Our family had a very fun time celebrating a birthday!...close to downtown. Sleeping arrangements good for our group...loved the kitchen and big table for playing games. Basement area great for TV. Would recommend this property. Communication with host was excellent! Very accommodating!

We LOVED this location and the neighborhood. Walking distance to the popular 12 South area. Close to everything. The kitchen is great and has everything you need to cook large meals. A couple of things to note:The stairs going down to the basement are narrow and dark and the ceiling is low so it would not be a good fit for an older person or young children. On the main floor there are 2 bedrooms. The only bathroom in this floor is in one of the bedrooms.

This house has the coolest vibe and a great location. The spaces have so much character, and it's close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

This house is much bigger than portrayed in the photos. There is one very large master suite upstairs, with the only door at the bottome of the stairs. The main level has 2 bedrooms, one with a single queen bed, the other has 2 queens beds. There is only one bathroom that is the en suite for a bedroom. The large finished basement has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with a queen and twin trundle. There are 2 bathrooms in the basement. The back yard is very spacious and great for kids and dogs the run around. The kitchen and dining rooms are very large and great for a large group of people. We had about 20 people for Thanksgiving lunch and, with a fold out table, we had plenty of room for everyone!

Perfect Family Getaway

This property and its charm, location, convenience and unique features made for a perfect spot for our little family reunion. We felt close enough to the downtown scene while enjoying te peace and quiet of the 12 South Neighborhood. Walking distance to dinner, breakfast, ice cream, shopping and more!!We will be back - for sure! Jimmy was extremely accommodating and we really felt like we were at home away from home!

Nashville 2025

Milestone birthday celebrations, 2 families and a lifetime of memories! The location was perfect, safe and the neighborhood was great! We had everything we needed and will be back! Nashville didn’t disappoint and neither did this property. Lots of antique furnishings and very comfortable. Plenty of space and there was 8 of us. We’ll be back if they’ll have us!

Nashville Weekend

We loved the location of the house perfect walking distance to 12 South shopping and restaurants yet east to get an Uber to Broadway! Owner was very responsive to all our needs and the house was very comfortable!

Amazing House in Nashville!

This house has it all. Such a cozy stay for a family, at a very reasonable price. The kitchen is open, and we were able to have a family gathering of 30 people easily. The back yard is very open and perfect for kids to play around. The owner was super responsive, and helpful during our stay. If we come back to Nashville, I know where I will be staying again.

Spacious house for large group

The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen area was set up perfectly for our group of 9. It was a short Uber ride to Broadway. We would definitely stay here again

Great house in a great location in 12 South! This set-up was perfect for our Belmont Graduation for all our friends and family. Plenty of space to entertain including bar area with plenty of space in the basement to hang out/play pool and house had everything included that you could need for a large family trip or event...Jimmy and team were also super responsive. Highly recommend this location.

Great house in a lovely, walkable neighborhood

Our family had an amazing time in the house. It was perfect! The main floor living space gave us plenty of room to eat and hang out together. The basement was almost like an apartment and it had a nice place to play games and to watch movies. It also gave two of our folks, a great place to work remotely in the bedrooms. We enjoyed being at the house and walking to the shops and restaurants in this neighborhood more than the Broadway scene. The host was really easy to work with.

Great Weekend Away

There were nine of us that stayed for a long weekend to celebrate our 50th birthdays. The house worked out perfectly for us and the location was wonderful. Places to go within walking distance and just a short and inexpensive Uber ride into downtown. Jimmy was very quick to respond to any questions and he was extremely friendly. Definitely recommend.

We were in town for the Virginia Tech - Vanderbilt game with family and friends and this place could not have been more perfect!! We loved the location and the charm of the house! Great Space

We stayed with a group of 7. The location was very convenient. And the space was great for our group. There was space for everyone to gather together and space for everyone to have their private time! Our host responded quickly to any questions we had. Great weekend

Jimmy is an incredibly accommodating host. The house is amazing, the neighborhood is great, the neighbors are awesome. I would highly recommend renting for vacation, family events, whatever it may be. Next time I’m in Nashville I’ll be booking with Jimmy again for sure.

Perfect House for Family Gathering/Graduation

We had a group of 10 friends and family staying here for our daughter's recent graduation and just loved the place. The location can't be beat: It's just a few blocks from 12 South and a short drive to both Belmont and Vanderbilt Universities as well as Geodis Park. There's plenty of parking in both the driveway and on the street out front.The home itself was clean, comfortable and inviting with enough space to gather and spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for large family meals and celebrations. Everyone loved the lounge area downstairs, too. The host was also incredibly helpful, responsive and generous. With a little advice, we even managed to secure a table for brunch on Mother's Day without a reservation. What a treat!

We couldn’t have had a more perfect time. Everywhere you look in the house there is something so interesting. We had room for everyone, short Uber rides to broadway, great bars and restaurants walkable. The young people used scooters to get around town. We had a wonderful fire one night, it was the best vacation ever, thanks Jimmy for your wonderful hospitality!!!

Old men hockey tournament get away!

A group of 10 of us stayed for a long weekend to play some hockey for old men. Yes we range from 30-45 and we still love to put our bodies through the wringer. The house was perfect and had everything we could ask for. The shops that were within walking distance were amazing and the neighborhood was very peaceful. We will definitely be booking with this host again if we come back next year!
