Nice place

Was a nice place to stay for some time in downtown Nashville. Uber ride was only $8-10 one way. It is tight to park a truck, but still manageable. Great place!

Beautiful and convenient

Very new, beautiful, convenient and off-street parking is a real plus. Price was also reasonable for what we got. Bed was too soft for the wife.

Horrible experience

To start our room we reserved got canceled on us 2 hours before check in. Yes, there was an "upgrade" but the room we booked had a nicer shower, a patio with a view and a few other things that led us to book that one. Upon arrival, the door code we were given did not work and we had to call to get the new code. If you do contactless check in then I should not need to contact for a new code. Period. The bed was sunk in the middle like center supports were broken. The sheets had stains, the shower floor feels like I was going to fall through it. The dishwasher was broken, the mini split (a/c) dripped water on to my wife's work computer.
