This is a beautiful property with many artistic flourishes. It is set up to sleep many people, perhaps up to 14(?). Our party was 5 people and we were very comfortable. The mattresses, bedding, and pillows were very nice. The second floor is a beautiful communal space with couches, eating area, kitchen, powder room, and even a computer desk. We did use the sauna and cold plunge -- it is quite an experience. But the reason to stay in a house minutes from downtown Nashville is to go to all the shows and enjoy all the live music in Nashville. This house is very convenient to everything and we felt safe. So we got the best of all worlds: nice big house and close to downtown. Lastly, the management for very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Nashville Stay

Really enjoyed our stay! The townhome was very clean and well-kept. Property manager was very communicable and accommodating. Location was good for getting around Nashville, close to highway access and lots of restaurants and nightlife. We would definitely consider coming back for a stay.

College friends 50th Birthday Getaway

We had a fantastic stay in Nashville. The accommodations were great. 4 of us shared one of the top flor bedrooms, one of 2 others stayed in the other bedrooms. The location was far enough from the action downtown that we did need to taxi but there were plenty of taxi/Lyft rides available with very little wait times. There is also a grocery nearby if you need to purchase any groceries. The views from the roof were amazing and we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. I would highly recommend booking the Dream House for your getaway.

Fun Stay Over New Year's

Stayed here during New Years week, and it was a great overall place for enjoying the Nashville experience. Short drive or Uber ride to Broadway, the Gulch, or the Vanderbilt/Belmont area. Place is clean and roomy, plenty of space for our family of 4 (grown/teen kids). Rooftop deck is awesome -- amazing views of the city skyline and we got lucky with some warm December days and could enjoy drinks up there as well as the New Years fireworks. Kitchen is updated with plenty of utensils for cooking if you choose to eat in. Definitely recommend this place for families looking to check out this amazing city for the first time.

Beautiful Property

My husband & I stayed here with another couple. This place was so pretty, super clean, decorated well & just a fun place to be! (I’m a hotel snob) The private rooftop was amazing with gorgeous views of downtown, wish we had more nights to spend up there! Already scheduling nights at home so we can enjoy it more next visit! Transportation was easy- Uber/Lyft. Have already recommended this place to friends!! Can’t wait to come back!!

Fun birthday trip

We came to Nashville for our daughter’s 21st birthday celebration.. this location was perfect to downtown, the gulch, Broadway, and the Opry. Nothing was more than 10 minutes away! The house was clean and the beds really are comfy AF! The property contact was always quick and responsive for the couple questions that we had and check in/out was super easy. The rooftop was a hit for s’mores on our “break” night in!!

Great Girls Getway

The Property is gorgeous . Furnishings are fun and functional. Beds are some of the coziest we’ve slept in. The configuration offers a lot of sleeping space and privacy. The walkability to downtown Nashville wasn’t all we would have wanted but it was good exercise. Lift and Uber serves are plentiful though.

Amazing property with space for everyone

The property was exactly as described, and communication with the host was quick and efficient. Checkin was a breeze. My family (2 adults and 12&15 year old kids) stayed for 4 nights as a quick getaway before school (and elearning) began. As this sleeps 10+, and there were only 4 of us, there was plenty of space for us to separate, or get together to eat, watch tv, play games, etc. We capped off every evening on the rooftop with amazing views of the downtown skyline. As many places were closed around Nashville, we spent a lot of time in the property and cooked over 1/2 of our meals on the grill. Plenty of dishes and silverware. Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator are all modern/newer. Although this is definitely geared towards bachelor/younger crowds, my family felt extremely comfortable and had a great time. We will definitely be booking this again in the future whether it be just our small family, or a getaway with other couples/families.

Prime Nashville location, beautiful home and awesome roof top!

You could not ask for more from this property! The area is up and coming and is a very short UBER ride to Broadway Street. The property is beautiful and everything we had hoped for! We brought 12 of our closest friends to celebrate my husbands 30th and there was plenty of space for everyone! Beds were comfortable and the entire place was so clean. The roof top patio was the best with a grill, ample seating, fire pit and even corn hole. We wished we could have stayed longer and utilized the space more but that was our only downfall. Communication with the host is easy and they were even nice enough to deliver us a fresh batch of warm cookies from a local bakery, which was very thoughtful. We and a few of our friends have already recommended this place to others because it truly was wonderful! You can’t go wrong booking this property!

Christmas in Nashville

The property and view from the rooftop was amazing. Easy access to downtown . Was disappointed that 6 scooters were supposed to be delivered daily as stated in the listing . Other than that was a great time. The fireplace and rooftop firepit were great.

Girls Getaway

Up and coming neighborhood. Fun house. Short uber ride to fun neighborhoods. Porch sleeping arrangement was interesting - we made it work. Great city!

Great getaway

We had 9 girls for a weekend getaway, the place was very big, clean, had all amenities, nice rooftop. The bunk bed room did have a noisy one very noisy top bunk anytime you moved, but we all had a great time and a quick Uber to broadway for about $12.00 for 6 and a short walk to Kroger’s.

Great house and friendly treatment

We as a group of ten had a great stay in the house. The rooftop is spacious and great to hang out at. Plenty more amenities in the kitchen than we would use. The only minor criticism would be that the ac in the living room can be a bit loud when it starts up.

Nashville Bachelor Party - Complete Success

House was great - good furnishings, comfortable beds & clean bathrooms. Main level was a great hangout area & never felt crammed. Grill deck was a nice feature. Roof was perfect for some pre-town hangouts & some post-town cornhole games. Easy location in town; 15min from airport & only a 5 min uber into downtown.
