Walked in and while we are not sticklers, there was literally nothing that could be better - incredibly clean - instructions clear - everything was perfect - we had trouble with the TV - turns out user error - host was patient and responsive. Don't even get me going on the location. Love us some 12 South. Will be privileged to stay here again.
