Fun and relaxing place to kick back
Enjoyed the hot tub and shuffle board with friends after a long day of working at the NWTF convention all weekend. Will definitely rent again. Could use another shower curtain though … current one stained making it look nasty. But the home was very clean and met all of our needs.

An amazing stay
The property was just perfect. My family and i were visiting for a family vacation/ 21st Birthday. Our 14yr old loved the games and eveeyone love the karaoke machine. It was great being so close to down town and being able to uber back after a night of drinking. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great place for my daughter's 21st birthday!
House was clean, quiet area, offered all of the amenities that we needed. Less than 10 minute drive to downtown activities. Would highly recommend and would definitely consider choosing this house again on my next trip to Nashville

Back covered porch was baller!
We had our combined bachelorette/bachelor party in Nashville and stayed the weekend with all our friends and we couldn’t have asked for a better rental. We arrived earlier than expected and they were super accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The house was clean and had everything we could need. Our favorite was the back porch. We spent a lot of time enjoying the weather, playing games and relaxing. This is the perfect weekend get away for someone who wants to be out of the big city, it travel 5 minutes to broadway! The water pump in the main bathroom sometimes kicked on and was quite loud and scared the living crap out of us the first few times, but overall no complaints at all!!

Our first impression of the property wasn’t great. We booked this property because the back deck and patio looked so amazing. If it was a 10 in the VRBO listing, it was actually more like a 3 in real life. We kinda felt catfished. There was a ton of dead leaves and dirt piled up by the door, the trash cans were overflowing with at least ten bags of trash in front of the bins. I did call right away about the trash and Andy came to load up most of it, but it definitely didn’t give a good first impression. Thankfully the hot tub still worked so my kids were happy. We never used the fire pit in the back yard because honestly, the back yard was a little trashed. Three of the chairs were turned over and scattered in the yard, there were random car mats in the grass, and the yard is basically a yard full of unmowed different weeds with no real actual grass. The deck and picnic table have been painted and doesn’t look like the online photos. Half of the string of patio lights didn’t work. The cornhole boards were muddy and dirty, which we ended up cleaning ourselves. We also swept the entire patio and deck and tidied up just so we could use it. Definitely not a good first impression. The inside of the house was surfaced cleaned, but could use a good deep cleaning and paint touch ups. Under the couches and beds needs to be swept- the floors were dirty underneath. I found a snickers wrapper under one bed, and a dirty sock under one of the bunk beds. The beds were VERY squishy (whatever the opposite of a firm bed is). My husband and I ended up sleeping in separate beds because if one of us moved, the whole bed moved and woke up the other person. The driveway off of the busy road was challenging. The neighborhood was ok. We felt safe enough, it just wasn’t a fancy neighborhood. It was great to have Disney+. We liked the big kitchen and the nice countertops. My kids loved the darts and the shuffleboard. I loved having a washer and dryer. I think this property has potential, it just needs some deck/patio and yard attention and some deep cleaning. A first impression of a VRBO goes a long way.

Property worked for us.
We arrived in Nashville before check in and while the property was being cleaned from the previous rental. They allowed us to drop off our bags, but only outside the house. Home was clean. Hot tub was empty when we got there on Friday, but full and ready Saturday morning. Overall the property was good.

The property manager was great about letting us check in early! However, it took three days for them to reply to me regarding check out. We appreciated their flexibility! But an earlier response would have been nice. Luckily we didn’t have any situations that required quick communication. As stated in some of the other reviews, clearer markings for the driveway would be very helpful. We had a great time playing shuffleboard, darts, singing karaoke and enjoying the hot tub. Plastic drink ware options would be smart. The three queen beds were comfortable, but the twins mattresses were not at all. It felt like laying on just springs. One friend moved the top mattress down and double stacked them for a little more comfort, one friend ended up sleeping on the couch instead. , Some of the mini-blinds had broken slats, so curtains in the bedrooms would be nice. Overall it was a good stay

Issues with management
The house is lovely and spending time on the porch was amazing. The house was a little quirky and not well stocked, but no major issues. Unfortunately, we had bed bugs during our stay. The house has since been treated, so it should be safe for future guests, but we had a lot of issues along the way. We woke up the first morning to see 5-10 live bugs crawling around near our heads, and saw telltale signs of bed bugs on the bed frame. Initially, the property manager was responsive and offered us a refund on the remainder of our stay if we found another place. However, we couldn’t find another place on short notice so we decided to stay where we were. Instead the company was nice enough to offer us a discount on our stay instead. So we canceled our afternoon plans and spent the time taking precautions like spraying down the mattresses with bed bug killer, elevating our luggage, sleeping on air mattresses, and doing our laundry to avoid bringing the problem home with us. After we left, things got confusing. The property manager was unable to get pest control to come out until days after our stay ended. Pest control said they couldn’t find anything (presumably because our makeshift precautions helped) and decided it wasn’t a big deal, and they proceeded to rent the place out to other guests (which is not a good idea given that bed bugs are very hard to get rid of). And because they thought it wasn’t a big deal, the management company reduced the amount of the discount they offered. Around that time, several dozen bites appeared on us and we had an itchy week after coming home. After we pushed harder, pest control went again out and found a dead bed bug that time, and then then they finally decided to go through with the extermination process. It’s an expensive procedure, so I do feel bad for the owners and understand their hesitation. However, I also feel like our complaint wasn’t really taken seriously. And even though they still gave us a discount, they went back on their word regarding the original discount they offered.

House was perfect for our week of softball. The house has plenty of room, kitchen was great for cooking. Back yard was a little smaller than we thought from the reviews, but still good size. We loved the overhang, esp on rainy day to pack vehicles up and kids in and out of car. Also for ping pong. Enjoyed the back deck in am and pm. The only downfall if i had to list is the driveway, boy it's hard to get in and out of and find initially. Overall definitely a 5 star Oh and beds are very comfortable!

Where do I start
Got there on a Friday everything was ok. Come Saturday when we was cooking stove went out hot water wasn’t working. For 2 we dealt with the electrician an nes coming out. The hot tub went hot so he call the hot tub man out who basically told us the house wasn’t safe we should get out and if we smell smoke to hurry up an leave. He also showed us that if you pressed the dryer start button it would make the kitchen lights brighter. It was ants in the kitchen. The hot water didn’t stay hot so I made the complaints to the owner. He agreed to give me a day back of my money which he didn’t because he came up with a story that the house smelled like weed and I don’t even smoke weed could do a drug test for him now. I would never rent to them or recommend anyone to

We did have a minor electrical issue during the stay. The power company and electricians came to fix it quickly and assured us at no time was there any danger. The hot tub technician did not advise the guest that the house was unsafe. We did initially offered to refund one night but wants to guess checked out we found that the house has been smoked in for several days which was initially reported by our hot tub technician when he was there. These guests left the house an absolute wreck and we were not able to remove the cigarette and marijuana smells before the next guest checked in there for we denied the refund of the night because it is the same amount that we charge for smoking in the house. On occasion we get locals who rent the house to throw parties and have no regard for how they treat it. In this case, they left us a poor review because we would not follow through with the refund. We will not rent to this guest again.

The house was a great place for our family. We enjoyed the patio & hot tub as well as the larger eat-in kitchen area for meals. We also enjoyed exploring the National Cemetery nearby & the house has easy access to the highway. Wish there was another 1/2 bath for larger parties like ours since there was only 1 bathroom in the hallway for 3 bedrooms to use when people were sleeping in the 4th bedroom with attached bath. Otherwise a great stay!

Perfect distance from everything while located outside the city
Pros: Amenities - hot tub was perfect, 2 fire pits and outdoor seating, games for kids and adults alike, karaoke machine... really this house is perfect for bachelor/bachelorette parties even more so than a family getaway. The rooms were comfortable, the size of the yard was great. 2 TV set up and seating for plenty in living/dining room. This suburban location is solid, and the best definition of the surrounding area would be lower middle to middle class housing... older architecture with a mix of both completely redone ranch and two story homes to some clearly in need of upkeep. the home is within less than 1/2 mile to the highway and about 2 miles to grocery, restaurants, etc. Sometimes it's difficult to judge the surrounding area, but for being so close to the city, we were pleased with the yard size and relative privacy being tucked back off the main road, albeit the constant 'bump' of loud music on passing cars could be heard, but did not disturb. There isn't a master suit - bathrooms are located in the main hallway and the bunkbed room... this worked out just fine for our situation. The powder room/makeup room seems to be a huge draw, according to the journal with past residence comments. Laundry machine and dishwasher were used on the regular for us... great to have. If I could offer any changes, I would ask for more kitchen towels (we only found one, that may be our own fault not searching more) and specifically the pans need replacing - I get that a party crew may not be cooking extensively but this family did most of the time we were there and even just having one 'better' skillet would have solidified our daily needs. All other cooking needs were great - plenty of utensils, pots, etc to cook for a family of 10. End of the day, at this price point we were trying to choose between an ultramodern condo that seemed built for vacationers, and a more 'homey' location such as this, and I think we made the right decision. If we would have desired a locale more upscale than this location, this close to the city, I'm positive the price would have been extravagantly more so we were overall pleased with the decision/value and we would come back to this location if we had to do it all over. For those who are wondering which side of the city to stay on, we liked this location for it's simple access to everything we desired to do.

Fun House & Great Location
We booked this house because we were looking for a place close to downtown Nashville and that had a hot tub. The hot tub was awesome, it was a very clean house, and the indoor games were great for the nights we wanted to stay in. The kitchen was well-stocked with almost anything we needed to cook. We also liked the fact that amenities like shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods were provided. The only reason I gave this house a 4-star rating is that the beds were not very comfortable and the bedrooms were very bright in the morning waking us up, so some room darkening shades would be a nice addition. Overall, I would come back again and we had a great time staying in Nashville for our first times.

We were excited to be on vacation and provide our family some relaxation. Sadly on day three we used the fourth bedroom to the right of the back bathroom. The next morning my wife was bitten severely around the torso. We have pictures and now three weeks later we are still dealing with the bed bug issue. Our 14 year old and soon after 2-1/2 yr old got it as well. I would have rated the place 4 stars for the amenities, the fire pit being excellent with a large yard area. However the hot tub being under the carport with no sky view and the metal roof rods above the hot tub stairs poorly located resulted in our son to bang his head The property is located conveniently but on a busy street. No windows have curtains just shades that do not keep the light out. At first the mattresses seemed not that great however we did sleep well. Besides the night of the bed bugs, the last two nights we're bad. The property manager did not seem to believe us even after having g pictures to show and there was no concern. The property is overpriced for what we paid for especially with bed bugs.

We did not receive any feedback from this guest during their stay. When they notified us of the potential bedbugs, it’s not that we didn’t believe them but rather we could not get the guest to tell us what they wanted us to do for them. By the time they told us, 3 other groups had stated with no issues.

House was cleaner than any house we've rented before. Perfect for 4 kids and 4 adults. Kids were occupied and it was very relaxing for the adults. One fix needed to be repaired and one of the owners emailed right back and was out the next morning. To take care of it. Property is close to downtown, and boating activities. We would recommend property owner AND house.

The house is beautiful. We had so much room for the 4 of us , everyone loved having their own room. There was so much for us to do even when it was raining . Loved how much time our family got to spend together playing the games in the game room and the ping pong outside. My boys are both over 17 and We had no problem entertaining them . The convenient location of the property location is amazing . We we’re not familiar with Nashville at all but getting to and from all the attractions was so easy and nothing seemed to be more than 15 minutes away. You definitely want to learn the location of this drive way so you can signal for drivers behind you in Plenty if time but you’ll learn it quickly. Also don’t be intimidated by the road in front . Our stay was still peaceful and quite in the evening and yard space and large and porch still gave me a sense of being tucked away in the woods , because it’s slopes down away from the road . Thanks for some much needed family time .

My wife and I spent the weekend enjoying the house’s amenities. We didn’t go anywhere, just hung out. The kitchen was pretty well stocked compared to other houses rented. I would definitely recommend.
