Many things are within walking distance as we are located in one of the most popular areas - 5 Points in East Nashville. The airport is only about 15 minutes away. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyft and taxis available. Our condo is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Nashville has to offer.

We are located in one of the most popular areas - 5 Points in East Nashville. Our condo is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Nashville has to offer.

No car needed - we are walking distance to many things! The airport is only about 15 minutes away. Downtown Broadway bars is 1.9 miles away. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyft and taxis available.

If you end up cancelling within the refund timeline, you will receive your money back based on our cancellation policy minus the payment processing fee (8%).

**Please note that a required $400 damage deposit hold will be placed on your card prior to check in.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.

Great stay just a quick bus trip to downtown

Was an excellent stay with numerous beds and a great common area to relax while getting ready to enjoy the downtown area. Two bathrooms with full size showers were helpful with 5 of us staying there. Amenities were great as was the communication. The area is also awesome - tons of modern restaurants and bars in the immediate area (walkable) if you wanted to do a quick dinner or drink nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Easy access to so many places. Great local eateries. Unfortunately a lot of street noise and lights at night. Kitchen had minimal amenities. We cooked ground beef but there was no strainer to strain grease.

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay. The location is on a busy street but sounds weren’t a problem. The decor is nice and the beds furniture are comfy. We went to a few local restaurants within a mile of the property which were tasty and charming. Easy access to Broadway via personal car/Uber. We would stay here again.

We were very comfortable for our three night stay… cozy beds and linens, ample towels and a great open area to hang out. The layout is quite efficient. We appreciated the addition of white noise machines to help block out the street noise. The kitchen had enough supplies (plateware, silverware, etc.), but it’s not the type of kitchen where you could cook extensive meals.The location was ideal — super easy to walk to many bars/restaurants/shops and also a close drive to lots of other popular places. Don’t snooze on Snooze and Hunters Station down the block - wonderful food options. We also really enjoyed Duke’s. Guerilla Bizkits was phenomenal. East Nashville is super fun, funky and a great/more chill neighborhood compared to downtown.Overall, highly recommend!

We honestly thought we were at the wrong location for a good 10 minutes before trying the apt. door and letting ourselves in. There was a lot going on outside - parties, grilling out and the outside appearance wasn't great. Once inside, it was great! What is shared on the app is accurate and beds are comfy - even the queen bunks! The outside noise, banging upstairs and the fire alarm going of for 30 straight minutes at 3am were things that made our stay a little less than desirable.

Overall it was a great area. Great places to eat very close by and within walking distance. Very close to downtown. We felt safe the whole time. It was a cute place and decorated well. Smaller than I thought. It was a little noisy at times due to the stairs being right next to one side of the room. The cars driving by at night were also loud at times. There was a box fan and a couple of white noise makers that helped some. The coffee was a great touch in the morning along with all the shower soaps. It was cozy and comfortable.

Girls weekend…

Overall, we had a lovely stay. The property is clean and we had everything we needed. It’s not too far from downtown and Broadway. We had a car but also took Uber a couple times and it was only 10 minutes to get where we needed to go. Only complaints for the condo would be traffic noise from Main St and the floors and walls are fairly thin. There was a noise machine in one room that was super helpful. Would be nice to have them in every room. Also, blackout curtains would go a long way toward keeping the rooms darker and quieter. The property worked for our needs and it’s also walkable to some decent East Nashville spots.
