FABULOUS new construction at the edge of The Gulch/Downtown Nashville. House is minutes away from Broadway, 12th Ave South, and The Gulch. Music Row, Vanderbilt Univ. and Belmont Univ are within walking distance. Quick access to Downtown and the Interstate. This is your entertaining house. Spacious bonus room and rooftop deck provide unobstructed views of the city. Modern finishes, open-floor plan and hardwood floor. Front patio/courtyard with grass and play area. Attached 2-car garage.


THE LOCATION
--At the edge of the Gulch/Downtown Nashville, the house is minutes away from Music Row, 12th Ave South, and the Gulch.
--Only a 5-minute drive to Downtown and major attractions such as Broadway, The Country Music Hall of Fame, The Ryman Auditorium, The Bridgestone Arena, and Nissan Stadium.
--You can walk to Vanderbilt Univ. in about 10 minutes and Belmont Univ. in about 20 minutes.
--Parking for 2 cars in the attached garage, 2 cars in the driveway, and 4 cars along the front road, all free of charge.


INSIDE THE HOUSE
--On the first floor you will find an open-floor living room with beautiful hardwood floor and kitchen equipped with nearly every kitchenware you need. There is a 75" Sony TV.
--On the 2nd floor, our master bedroom boasts 1 queen-sized bed, 2 full-sized beds, and a spacious master bathroom. Two additional bedrooms on the same floor each contain a queen-sized bed and one twin bed and share a bathroom.
--On the 3rd floor there is 4th bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a twin bed, and a bathroom. There is also the entertainment room with 3 queen sofa beds, a convertible table-tennis/pool table, and a 65" LG TV, as well as additional sleep space. The rooftop deck is right outside and provides beautiful unobstructed views of the Nashville skyline.
--For your comfort, all sofa beds are equipped with memory foam mattresses. Being our guests, you'll receive the comforts of home with a starter supply of shampoo, soaps, paper products and hotel-quality towels and linens as well.

Great location and house

Really great space for larger groups. Beds and furniture were comfortable and plentiful. Don (owner) had great communication and was nice enough to give us a late checkout. I highly recommend this listing

Nashville Birthday Bash

This property was very accommodating for 10 adults and the location was really good. The Gulch was an easy walk and Broadway was a short Uber ride. We walked down to Broadway and Ubered home. The home was clean and well stocked. Best of all, were Celine and Don. They were GREAT hosts who were quick to respond to any of our requests. I would highly recommend this property if you’re looking to accommodate a large group in Nashville.

Very responsive owners

This townhouse was in a perfect location. Walking distance to the shopping in the Gulch and a Short Uber ride to broadway. The townhouse itself was clean & had everything you needed…spices, pans, utensils, extra blankets, pillows, towels! Celine & Don have this place well stocked. They were also very responsive and helpful. Would recommend staying here!

Great Nashville Home near The Gulch

All I can say is top notch! Top notch hosts, accomodations, bathrooms, TVs, hang out space, beds, bedding, kitchen supplies, and location, location, location! So easy to get downtown and to restaurants. We were here for a Vanderbilt appointment and it was just minutes away - so convenient. The hosts added touches that made our stay easier - coffee pods, spices, plenty of towels, plenty of shampoo/conditiiner in baths, a snack bowl, laundry staples, just so nice! Absolutely recommend staying here!

Modern Home Near Downtown/Vandy/Gulch

Our group of 11 stayed here to celebrate a family member's birthday. The home was exactly as advertised! There were enough, very comfortable beds for everyone, it was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We were able to have groceries delivered which was an added plus. The location was perfect, we all felt safe and were within a short Uber ride to favorite local spots. If we return to Nashville we will definitely book with Don again!

Nashville Gem!

A great place!!! The owner was very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We had a large group in town for a graduation and the amount of spaces for people to gather and visit within the house was perfect for us. The top floor with the outdoor roof was top notch! There was plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the outside and the indoor space as well. The linens were plentiful and the house provided everything you could need. We have been to other places where the owner provided the bare minimum or less. Not here! The beds were also very comfortable and the house has been well taken care of. Can't say enough good things about the owner and this place. We highly recommend it!

Awesome Stay

I don't often leave reviews but this home was exceptional. We were traveling with 7 adults and there was more than enough room with spare beds left over. The younger adults enjoyed the top floor, game table and roof deck. Kitchen and living area were on bottom floor so you could definitely find privacy in this 3 floor house. Three floors of stairs if you plan on going up and down from the top floor. Free off-street parking was easy and getting around with rental and ubers was not a problem. Neighborhood was quiet and only a quick ride to downtown Nashville. Girls weren't comfortable walking around neighborhood at night but that was more caution than anything else. Owners were receptive in email and text. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Bonus was the owners didn't leave a long list like some other rentals about everything you had to do at checkout. Great stay, would definitely rent it again. If you have a large group, perfect spot if you want some quiet at the end of the night. Vanderbilt University is nearby as well.

Great Place

Clean house, great location. Had everything that we needed for a group of 12. Hosts were accommodating and let us check in a bit early and even asked if we would need late check out. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re headed to Nashville.

Weekend in Music City with family/friends

10 adults stayed for a long weekend. Everything was as listed, great area close to all the hot spots. Uber 5-10 min to Broadway , 20 min to airport/and the Opry. Would stay again of the opportunity arises.

Great stay!

This property was great for our group of 9 men to meet for a Super Bowl party. We were located close to everything we needed. The only negative was the number of pull outs instead of regular beds. We were nine full size men, but we made it work! I would highly recommend this property and host!

50th birthday in Nashville

What a great house for a large group. We loved the house so much room, everyone had a place to sleep. We had a group of 10 and never felt crowded. The location of the house is just a short Uber ride anywhere. The gulch neighborhood is so close you can walk to shopping and restaurants. We would stay here again highly recommended! Host was great too!

Great house for a girls weekend!

Modern, comfortable and well furnished.Our group of 9 fit comfortably and we used the roof top patio for morning coffee and cocktails! close to the Gulch area and 10 minutes from most attractions. we found the owners tone responsive and everything was easy.

5 Star Location

Property was exactly how it was described, and Don was very quick to respond to anything I had asked. Close to Lower Broadway, only a 8 minute scooter ride. We had 4 couples and had tons of space. Main floor is great for pre drinks and gathering before heading out on the town. Roof top patio is another good space to sit and visit and enjoy happy hour beverages . Would definitely stay here again!! Thanks for everything Don!! #cheers

Wish I could give 10 stars

I’ve stayed at many short term rentals and not one we’re as clean and true as listed as this. Additionally, Don made the check in and check out process as seamless as it could be with multiple proactive text messages with entry codes and wifi. Ubers we’re short and cheap to downtown and all 12 of us had more than enough room to stay comfortably. I’ll be saying here next time we’re in Nashville. Thanks Don!

Highly recommend this property. It was perfect for our needs with the amount of bathrooms and beds. The host was extremely accommodating allowing for both an early check in and a late check out. Great location with a quick Uber to downtown.

Nice spot

Communication was great even before booking the rental. Let owner know of a couple items during stay and was very responsive. Good safe location. Little tricky finding at night with being unfamilar with the site. The house numbers are on the mailbox post. Nice quiet place.
