You get the best of both worlds with a nice private and peaceful property while just being a short drive from the most popular places and restaurants Nashville has to offer!

The owners have spared no expense in creating an incredibly relaxing, beautifully appointed, one-of-a-kind escape. Enjoy the privacy and seclusion on this remote arm of Old Hickory Lake. The home has a large game room that flows into the back patio and yard and out to the dock for you to take in the beautiful sunsets while playing yard games or relaxing in the hot tub.

The home is pre-set for 11 guests, but can hold up to 15 upon request and approval by owner. A large group fee may apply. The sheer size of the estate can easily accommodate 15 people with twin-size, bed-height luxury Frontgate air mattresses, with foam toppers. (Available upon request) Boat slip use is not guaranteed, and must be approved in advance. Fee would apply. Boat dimensions will be needed.

All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

Guest will be sent our agreement and have 48 hours to sign to confirm your reservation. If not signed within 48 hours, reservation is subject to cancellation with refund.

We deeply value our neighbors and thus final approval of any reservation only comes after a conversation that gives us full confidence neighbor rights and house rules will be respected.
