⭐️ Please note that a pre-check-in link will be sent to you after the reservation is confirmed. You will need to sign a rental agreement. Below are the house rules you will need to agree to:
- We require guests to provide a picture ID
- This is a smoke-free environment
- Please do not move furniture around
- For same-day bookings, we reserve the right to push the check-in time to 6:00 PM
- Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint. Any damage is sole responsibility of the Guest - $300
- No parties or gathering allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the townhouse
- For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
- Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue.
- Guest who books must be 21 or older, and must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay
- For guest's safety, there are cameras on premises. No undisclosed camera or recording devices are inside the property
