Not clean
The cottage on Music row has the potential to be fantastic. It is charming and quaint. However, the property was not clean at all. We washed bathroom rugs upon arrival and sprayed the showers with Clorox as they were very moldy. The floors, including the carpets, were in need of cleaning. The entire cottage could use a good cleaning and updating. However, the host was very accommodating and easy to contact. We appreciated his communication.

LuAnn - I apologize that you felt our home was not clean and did not meet your expectations. I have addressed this with our cleaning company. Please keep us in mind if you come back to Nashville. We own multiple properties and strive to provide the best experience for our guests.

Good location
Very nice location and close to downtown and other point's of interest. Place was very nice but could use a good cleaning like floors and baseboards but other than that everything was awesome. Will stay again when we go back.

Great Getaway
Cute place and great location in a quiet neighborhood. Nice walks or a quick Uber ride to anywhere you need to go. Host was quick to respond with any questions.

The home was cute, but we had no toilet paper 4 adults wasn't expecting that! Front door broken house was unlocked when we got there so no telling who could have entered to surprise us, beds both uncomfortable..no firealarms attached was def dissapointed that the home needs alittle tlc for the price

Debra - I am disappointed to read your review. I did not know anything about the toilet paper or I would have addressed that immediately. We always have extra supplies including extra linens and towels in a locked supply closet. I could have easily given you the code if you had addressed this with me. I reached out to the cleaning crew about the missing toilet paper and the unlocked front door. The owner of the cleaning company assured me that these issues would never happen again. All of our past reviews have mentioned how comfortable the beds are so I'm disappointed to hear your opinion. I was at the home today and all of the fire alarms are working properly. There is an old mount that is high on the wall that has never been removed. Again, if you had addressed these issues with me when you got to the home, I would have corrected them on my end. please always let your host know of any of your concerns.

Amazing neighborhood and home!
Don’t hesitate to book this amazing home! Spacious, clean and cozy in a very quiet neighborhood. We walked everywhere, even to Broadway and back most days, but Ubers are good too. Will definitely book this home again!

Great Neighborhood
This was such a quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything. You could walk to many things and it’s a short Lyft ride to Broadway! Great if you don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of the city!

The area around the home was perfect. Within walking distance to coffee shops and a short Uber to broadway or midtown! Home was nicely remodeled and conveniently located! Hope to come back sometime

Perfect location, clean and cozy
If you are looking for a place to stay in Nashville this one is it! Quiet street, super close to everything. Owners extra touches (extra pillows, blankets, towels, etc). Beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

Great time in Nashville!
We really enjoyed our stay. The house is approximately 2 miles from Broadway, just a little too far to walk but uber/lyft was no more than 5 minutes away at any time. The kitchen had basic necessities for our stay as we ate out for all our meals. However, if you were planning on preparing meals you might find that it is lacking some pieces of cookware. The property manager was always reachable and was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Concert Getaway
If your in Nashville just for the honky-tonk experience, this place is great. The house was large enough to accommodate two couples. This is not the place if you plan to do any meals here. Cooking utensils were sparse. We managed breakfast, anything else would have been tricky. We did enjoy our stay, we used ride share to get around. Was very convenient.

Great host & awesome location.
The location of the stay was perfect; far enough from the hustle and bustle of the downtown atmosphere but close enough to Uber everywhere for reasonable prices. The host was always quick to answer any questions we had.

Nashville Getaway
Very nice home not to far from Broadway but to far to walk. Short Uber ride. Could use a few more blankets if you are sleeping 8 luckily we were only 5. So simple to add basics like Kleenex and soap etc but none provided 2 Beds were very comfortable 2 were couch pullouts that I can’t speak for. Early morning construction next door not so great but that will eventually be done. I have a home I rent out so maybe I’m a little hard on rentals but I make sure all the small things are available

It's easy when all is perfect. You know you have a good host when a hiccup occurs.
The space was absolutely beautiful. We had a minor issue with the house, and the manager rectified it immediately. He made sure nothing got in the way of our vacation. It was the kind of experience that will make us come back to the same host.

Great Stay!
Nice, clean house in a great part of town. Communication with the owner was a breeze. Remember to pack essentials like shampoo and paper towels though - those aren't stocked.

Everything was amazing!
Stayed here for a weekend girls trip, and this house was more than perfect. You can't beat the location! It was walking distance to Hillsboro village, and a short Uber to music row/broadway. We spent way less on Uber's than we thought we were going to so that was a nice surprise. The house itself was so cute and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Girls Weekend
This house was wonderful. Great location, quick Uber ride anywhere you want to go! Home was very comfortable and beautiful. Kyndon, Property Manager, was exceptionally helpful and responsive. If you plan on eating in, you may need a few sundries, but otherwise it is well stocked.
