Employees rude and ignorant. They are just doing as little as possible . For checking had to wait 15 minutes because the receptionist had to vacuum the front lobby. In the lobby stinks like curry or something. Hallways dirty

Room smelled like vomit, carpet was damp. Staff was very friendly and a nice breakfast, but the hotel was run down and not well kept.

Hotel was nice. Not the best part of town but definitely not bad. Check out the near by Mexican street food. It was very good.

Hotel looks not properly maintained. Smell on level 3 was not the best. Floor mat in the bathroom was wet. In general the cleanliness was inexistent. Won’t come back to this hotel.

Cleanliness issues with the bed skirts and unknown splash marks on doors and dressers. The rest of the room was clean but that caused me an ick factor that is reflected in the rating. $15 average Uber to downtown. Breakfast was cleaned and opened early which was a huge bonus. Cleaning staff was nice and came in everyday . Property is ok and the area surrounding it is not a walkable option to enjoy anything g but we knew that going in and just Uber’s downtown

Breakfast was good. The room was not very clean. We told the cleaning maid about it and she didn’t clean it well. The first day only one little soap. The second day a better soap and even a body cream.

Review my stay.. What stay? Upon arriving, I was told that I couldn’t check in because I was 20, not 21. They have updated the policies on expedia since, but at the time I booked, there was nothing said about the minimum age being 21. The front desk attendant was rude and told me, “we don’t associate with your kind here.” After being turned away, I slept in my car because I was stranded 6 hours from home with no where to stay. Terrible experience, would not recommend at all.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. During our stay we were placed in 2 different rooms that were infested with bed bugs. When confronting management, they told us we must have brought them to the hotel, even after showing proof of them being in the sheets and the various bite marks.

Our fridge has moldy food in it. We got in late and didn’t ask to change rooms however in the morning I asked for the room to be cleaned and for the food to be take care of when I returned late in the day the food was still in the fridge. Not impressed with the staff nor the cleanliness of the hotel.
