I loved the location, it was close to everything, yet still quiet. Staff was exceptional, friendly, helpful, always pleasant. Room was clean, eclectic decorations, pillows and bed super comfortable. I will stay there again! The cafe for coffee and breakfast was great. Great vibe!!

Gorgeous property! We stayed here for one evening and wish we had extended our stay. Cute trendy rooftop bar, nice location and gorgeous building and rooms! If we ever go back to Nashville this is definitely where we will be staying again! Thanks Bobby

Their hospitality was horrible. Front desk staff had no personality, knowledge and were not helpful in the least bit. Short answers, not accommodating whatsoever. Executive Chef Dennis, was kind enough to come out and give me a cup of coffee when a lobby staffer couldn’t do so! A cup of coffee??!! Certainly shouldn’t be greeted at a 4 star hotel by that. Totally unexpected!!

Went to Nashville for my birthday. The Bobby was a great place, the location was easy to walk to downtown and staff were fantastic and knowledgeable in places to visit.

Got here with a friend. To find one small bed and no sofa bed as expected no rollaways available. Nothing they could do. My friend slept on a couch. Not what I expected or thought I booked. Very disappointed and I would not stay here again.

Had a great experience for 6 nights at this hotel. The only complaint i have is we found a nail in our toilet paper roll. Reported it and they didn’t do anything about it not a word about it from the hotel. Very strange find. Otherwise the housekeeping was great the staff was great the rooms are nice. Great location walkable to Broadway.

Just stayed at The Bobby Hotel for 6 nights. Would highly recommend this hotel very close and walkable to Broadway. House cleaning were very good and accommodating to your needs the only problem is one day we had a nail in our toilet paper. We reported it to the front desk and they said they would look into it, but never communicated with us again on the issue. Very strange.

Perfect walk to Broadway. The whole property was well kept and staff was wonderful. My only ask would be that the it is stated somewhere on the hotels site that they do not accept cash for the room.

Good vibes! The hotel added to the Nashville experience. From check-in to check-out the stay was great. Rooms are super cool and have everything you need. Location is perfect and can walk to Broadway and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again

The hotel was in a quiet location but walking distance to bars and museums. Great staff and awesome amenities. Outdoor pool is small but with a great poolside bar.

The best part about the hotel was it’s location! You can walk to most things! I didn’t like how dark the rooms and especially the hallways were! Room needed an update!! You couldn’t even get a cup of coffee for free!

Overall, I would say this hotel is average. Not worth the price tag. Furniture in the lobby is worn out. Hotel room had a very odd smell. Had to ask for the room to be cleaned, towels to be refreshed, and even with the cleaning request dirty glasses and plates were left behind. Location of the hotel is good. Overall would not recommend to a friend.

We recently stayed at The Bobby in Nashville. This hotel beautiful and the staff couldn’t do enough for us! The location is perfect and away from the noise and located next to the Alley where the best jazz bars are! We loved it!

Absolutely amazing stay! Staff was so accommodating, and went far beyond what was even asked. We arrived to the property early just requesting to hold our luggage till check in time, but the associate went ahead and arranged for us to have a room so we could get settled, and come and go as we needed to. The decor was breathtaking. The room was perfect. This was my first time here and I will definitely be back!

Great location, super cute hotel! Housekeeping could have been better, left dirty glasses in our room, left new Kleenex box just out, had to call at 4pm one day to ask for our room to be cleaned. Rooms are dark and moody which is cool but no natural light. Bathrooms are also dark so difficult to see and not enough lighting in room in general. Staff was very nice!
