Great place to stay for our group of 8. Enough space for everyone and loved every couple having their own bathroom space! Getting an Uber or Lyft to and from the airport, downtown Broadway and other places was a breeze! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay, very clean. The host was very accommodating. Close to downtown. We had 4 couples and everyone had their own room and bathroom. There was a train however it was a non issue to any of us. Would highly recommend staying there.

Place was spotless. Could upgrade the cooking equipment since fry pans have teflon coming off. Larger cleaning sponge/ pad would help and additional kitchen towels for drying. We were ok with the long stairway and train noise but others might not be.

It was a great apartment to stay at and easy to get into. There is a garage that’s nice to have if you get a rental car. It’s also about 10 minutes from last activities downtown and about 20 minutes from the shopping outlet. All the beds are comfy and come with enough pillows and blankets for two people.

This property was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The check-in and out process was extremely smooth. Great location and genuinely the only downside to this property is the train which we didn’t mind. Will definitely be back on our next trip to Nashville!

Family traveling for a graduation. Very nice to have separate floors with bedroom/bathroom combos. Only downside was the stairs for our older travelers. Living room furniture not very comfortable.

Great location and very clean

Very good location and very clean. It was really nice to have 4 large bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Great for 4 couples. Hostess was very responsive. Short Uber drive to downtown.As the reviews tell you the train comes through multiple times per day including at night but didn’t really bother us. Definitely purely recommend this place.

The house met all our needs with 4 couples. All had nice rooms with all our own baths. Great location! Only 10 minutes from Broadway. The host was amazing to work with and instant response to any questions we had. Train is a little loud but tolerable and rooftop is nice. Would highly recommend.

Great Stay

The house was large & spacious very clean with a wonderful roof top to hang out on at night(because it was so hot outside) but we brought a outdoors fan that helped a lot, we had one night that was cool & comfortable. We really enjoyed out stay( we got our steps in though with all the stairs). Would definitely like to stay again. Highly recommend

This was a fantastic property and location in Nashville, especially for the price! It is clean, well-kept, and spacious for large groups. Great place for 4 couples to stay. Beautiful, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Beds were so comfortable and the entire condo was spotless. The rooftop patio was a great place to hang out before or after going out. Lots of stairs and a train, but it was good exercise and the train didn’t bother us. 10 minute drive to Broadway. Fun in Nashville

Property was perfect for our group and very clean. It was a short distance to downtown Nashville which was great. As stated previously, the only negative was the train that went by every 3 hours and blew it's whistle right next to the complex.

Nashville getaway

My Family & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Just a quick note for seniors: there are 16 steps between each level, and no hand rails in the bathroom tubs. The passing trains at this location became a novelty. We would definitely stay here again. The rooftop was fantastic.
