We had a fantastic stay at this one-bedroom, one-bathroom VRBO in Nashville. The unit was spotless and well taken care of, which made it easy to settle in right away. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, including Broadway, restaurants, and entertainment. Communication from the manager was clear, fast, and helpful, which made the whole process smooth from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again!

GREAT LOCATION

Was the perfect location easy block and a half access to Broadway literally on printers Alley. The only thing we would suggest is the host have some suitcase racks available for you. Had an awesome time in Nashville.

Chic Urban Vibe

Loved the brick and the exposed ceiling. This was just the place we needed. The unit was spotless and so cozy. Loved it being so close to everything but just off the beaten path. We could hear the bustle of the city, but we didn’t mind. Plenty of towels and everything else for a comfortable stay. We would definitely book again!

Perfect Nashville Loft

Beautiful loft with all the amenities! Walking distance from Broadway, just far enough away it was quiet. What a perfect sanctuary in the heart of Nashville! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting this city! Sean was a great host, super responsive.

Great spot!

This place was perfect for us! 2 blocks away from Broadway and close to most other attractions. The owner was great to deal with. Only minor issue was there is no place to hang clothes as the closet was stuffed with extra bedding and other items. It was a clean spacious and comfortable place to stay and I would not hesitate to book it again when we come back to Nashville!

We had a little rough start on the first day, but the Host Shaun did a wonderful job making sure the rest of our stay wasn’t ruined because of it! The condo is great in every way; clean, quiet, and only 2 blocks north of Morgan Wallens bar (and all of broadway)!! Having a parking spot included was so helpful and saved money too! I will definitely recommend and hopefully be back!

Great Trip!

The VRBO is just as described, clean and great location. You are in a city so don’t expect quiet but it did not bother us at all. Parking was a definite perk, in a garage and included. The location allowed for walking to sites, restaurants and bars. Host very responsive.

Awesome loft and great location

This loft was spacious and clean. Owner had most everything you could need. The large windows off the living area made it seem it was much larger than it is was and made for nice view. Communication with owner was easy and he was quick with his responses. Parking was convenient, garage next to building. Would definitely stay here again. Just a few blocks from Broadway.

CMA Fest 2024

This condo is just perfect. The location couldn't be better, and the condo has everything you could possibly need and more. We spent 4 nights for CMA Fest and it was an easy walk getting around to see everything. The bed was so comfortable. We slept great, and having the extra space for some down time during the day was so much nicer than a hotel. The host was so helpful and responsive and made the check-in process a breeze. I would definitely recommend this condo and hope we can stay there again!

The perfect Nashville experience!

Shaun was absolutely amazing! His place is absolutely perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway, but so incredibly close! you can literally see Morgan wallen bar from the entrance! We felt safe in the area and the place was immaculate! Everything you would need was there! Starbucks is close by which was great as well! We give this place a 10/10 and would be back in a heartbeat! Ive stayed in Nashville before and would say our experience in this Vrbo was better than ever! We can’t wait to be back!

This place is incredible!

This loft is amazing!!!!!!! Very clean, and spacious with really tall ceilings, bright beautiful windows and real exposed brick. The historic building is a true hidden gem. The location is perfect, 2 short blocks and you are in the center of Broadway. Fully stocked with coffee, creamer, more toiletries than a hotel, hairdryer, iron, full kitchen, washer dryer, detergent, the list goes on. The beds were so comfortable we actually slept on the Murphy Bed in the living room so we could listen to the city buzz and watch the rain fall. The neighborhood felt safe and the unit itself was quiet, private and secured. Also you are right next door to the Marriott which has a Starbucks, so you don't feel isolated. The host was very helpful, accommodating, and responsive although we didn't really need anything because everything was perfect. Thanks for hosting us!!

My sister n law, niece and I came to see the Dolly Musical and explore Nashville. Shaun's condo was safe, clean, roomy, and had everything we needed and then some! It's walking distance to Broadway and many restaurants and stores.

Our property host Shaun was amazing he made us feel welcomed and went over and beyond to answer my questions within minutes! The property is described exactly on web site, and very clean and felt safe during our stay. I highly recommend staying here and would do it all over again in the near future! All the fun is within walking distance. The parking was very convenient for our stay as well. Highly recommend!!
