This property was right near the interstate, so that was great! I liked it overall, however, it had an odor in the lobby area when we arrived. The next day, it had been cleaned and smelled much better.

We had the loudest people above our room! Bouncing basketballs thumping around like elephants, call the desk numerous and they said they would take care of it and nothing happened! Noisy all night and early into the morning 2am !!!! We got woken up numerous time so ANNOYING! We asked to move rooms and they never accommodated Us! Left at 5am this morning to drive home exhausted from a terrible night sleep! I really feel like I should be refund a portion of my stay! Just horrible!!!

I am sorry for the issues wish you would of said something this Monday morning before you checked out. This is not normal we do try & control kids but again it is hard to do due to parents etc. I hope you have a great week & be safe

Not enough parking spots. Found cockroaches in my room. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful at check in. Liked having pool table and shuffle board.

The room was dirty and multiple parts of the room were broken and seemed to have no repair. The room smelled and the air conditioning in the bedroom did not work. If our arrival at the hotel wasn’t so late we would have requested a refund and went to another hotel. When I went to check out of the hotel, I notified the manager and all he did was apologize for absolutely sub par conditions. Also, I elected to pay at the property and this hotel came out to 237 dollars and that is completely over charged for a terrible experience. I will not stay at another Candlewood Suites now or ever. THIS HOTEL WAS TERRIBLE!!!

I do apologize this is not normal. This was a busy weekend no excuse. I wish you would’ve told us about the AC. We could’ve taken care of that at night time.

I was on the first floor and it was so noisy all throughout the night and early in the morning. Slamming of doors, whether it was to the outside or just rooms, it was ridiculously loud. I'm not sure I'd stay here again, but if so, definitely, not on the first floor.

From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, our experience was excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, and every amenity we needed was available.

This hotel was a very pleasant experience! Their charge for our pet was reasonable which is not always the case! Very friendly staff, an easy dog walk area with provided bags, a pool table and shuffleboard in the lobby were all highlights! Our room was very clean and comfortable!

Checked in, went to our room and it was entirely untouched from the previous guest. Called front desk wouldn’t get us another. They Sent someone up and although she did a good job. There were 2-3 other cleaning staff that walked by or checked in and didn’t help. Took 30-40 minutes to get all finished up after check in all while me the wife and 3 kids stood in the hallway with luggage and Made us late to our event.

Hotel was clean Lady at front desk was very friendly and helpful but the rooms are kind of small, beds are hard and the pictures of the rooms on hotel.com are missing leading but over all a nice hotel

This place is gross. Here now and crying cause my family of 5 is too stressed out to leave. I feel disgusting and just want to shower… but even the shower is gross. Whole room reaks of urine and my kids are sleeping on a stained pull out couch. Worst place ever, don’t stop here. Don’t know where any good reviews came from.

Staff was nice but room was positively filthy. Door to our room propped open on arrival. Called down to see if an error was made and apparently not. Feels unsafe. Room was outdated, in poor repair and very dirty. Handles broken hanging off of cabinets and mold in shower and window sills, finger smears all over table, very dirty bathroom. Completely disappointing. Also not a good smell throughout entire hotel.

I loved this hotel! The staff are so friendly and made the check in process a breeze! The room was overall pretty clean with the exception of a couple tiny missed food spills around the stove and desk but I always travel with clorox wipes so it wasn’t a problem for me. The bed was super comfortable and I never heard another guest during my stay. I would definitely return if ever in the area again!
