A little further off from midtown/downtown but definitely worth staying as the property is clean and newer. Our room was super spacious with a kitchenette

The tv in the living room connects to channels but the tv in the bedroom doesn’t and talking to the person at the front desk, they won’t come to look at it till the next day. And we’re leaving in the morning. Horrible service. We didn’t expect that terrible service from what should be an upscale hotel.

The sheets in 2 of our rooms had stains everywhere. The bathroom had hair in the tub. Some of the towels were dirty still. The fridge had some stains in it and they looked fresh! The tv worked but none of the channels came in for us it was just static

Nice room, but...
Nice Hotel that I'd stay at again. But, recognize it's adjacent to an active railyard - so some level of noise 24 hours a day. There were also multiple times when the lobby to elevator(and in the elevator) floors were sticky with something that had spilled across the floor. The room was the best part of the stay a nice suite with kitchenette, stove, microwave and dishwasher. A very comfortable room with everything you would need for a week stay or longer. There was also a bagel shop and pizza place (Yogi's was delicious) walkable down the street as well as a CVS next door.

Thank you so much for telling us about your stay, excellent review. Yes we are adjacent to the railroad and we can hear the activity of that. It is not an issue for most guests but we certainly understand it can be an issue. We are delighted you loved your room with the full kitchen and have an excellent working knowledge of the area for restaurants. We mop once a day and have spoken to housekeeping about the floors being sticky. Thank you for all your wonderful information. We hope to see you back soon.

The staff and the room itself were good. We did not get any sleep due to the train and traffic noise outside the hotel. The trains whistles blew all night long.

The night team did a fantastic job checking us in Nayla and the night Manager was also extremely helpful. Room 115 was clean and big, thank you. I only wish they had a pool. By the way, if you are into railroads, you will hear them all night and they can go for over a mile, amazing.

Floors are too thin. I could hear people stepping above me all day. Why build so close to train tracks? Everything else was great. The tenants were louder than the train. 8/10 room was great so was the staff

This hotel is nice it could use a little more TN decoration but when the hotel was built it should’ve been required for a sound barrier the trains on the track blew the horn all time of the night and heating the train sheesh!!
