Our host was more than helpful and responded instantaneously to any questions or concerns we had. The house itself was simple and clean and they supplied us with just what we needed. Smooth check in and check out. Our flight was delayed and they had no issue with extending checkout an hour later. We had a great time celebrating my best friend's 50th birthday and would highly recommend this property.

Very comfortable stay!

What a great place to stay in Nashville. My best friend and I had more than enough room to spread out and enjoyed just hanging out there. The place was immaculate with nice amenities. Communication was very easy...we resolved a password issue in less than a minute! We're planning on a second trip to Nashville and will certainly be staying here!

Cozy stay

Had a great stay with family. Everything was nice and spacious. The location was good and easy to navigate. The only thing we didnt enjoy much was the patio because of the bugs or whatever they were. We looked it up after and turns out that's the season the bugs come out or are more active.

Good stay

We had a good stay, it was mostly cleaned - we found a marijuana cookie in the table drawer. The beds are REALLY noisy and there is the bare minimum in the kitchen. In the end we enjoyed our stay, but we could not cook as much as we wished.

Comfy stay.

House was an excellent set up for our stay with our friends. Very clean, plenty of room and comfy furnishings. The location was in a transitional area with some newer homes. You need a vehicle to get around to see the sights and pick up groceries etc..

We loved it!

Overall, our stay was great. We stayed for a weekend trip to Nashville and everything went smoothly! Communication was good if we had questions. The house was very clean! The location of the house was the only concern, so we made sure our door was locked 24/7 but other than that, it was perfect!!

Very nice house

The house is super cute inside, the interior is all redone and the rooms are spacious. Open kitchen/living room area also very nice. The neighborhood seems a bit displaced with respect to the houses around this one being redone very nicely while others around are in a bit of a less desirable state. Having said that, the house was very nice and would definitely consider staying again.

Friends trip to Nashville

Overall, the property was nice and clean. We were told by multiple Uber/Lyft drivers that this wasn’t the best neighborhood to be walking around at night in. Everything is very car or ride share dependent when it comes to the location and getting places but the property was clean and comfortable with enough room to hangout and enjoy.

We rented this house for our guys trip to Nashville. Location is great; house is beautiful. We never heard from the property manager/owner to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Property could’ve been kept cleaner. As we pulled in, the mowing crew was there so of course grass was everywhere. But I would book this location again.

Great Stay in Nashvile

Overall had a great stay. Stayed over Thanksgiving, found the kitchen to be well equipped and the range worked great for the Thanksgiving turkey! TV room was spacious and updated. Yes, the neighborhood is 'transitional' but had no problems during our stay. Backyard is fully fenced in which we appreciated. Only complaint is the closets were not accessible for guests. There are dressers in 2 of the 3 guest rooms, but with a six day stay, the third room was a little cramped with all our stuff on the floor. But again, overall, great stay. Will look for this property again next time our friends and family head to Nashville!

Nice Place | Unsafe Location

House was accurate, clean, and nice. Be aware - the immediate surrounding area is not a nice place. In fact, we felt unsafe (a group of guys) to the point that we asked the host to move us or give us a refund. They refused a refund on Thursday night, then said they would call me first thing Friday morning. I never heard back after that. Would never book in this location again and certainly will avoid this booking group. This is my first negative review :)

Cheer Comp Stay

We stayed here for a cheer competition that was held downtown. The proximity to downtown is great and the house itself was nice, however the surrounding area was a little sketchy feeling. We definitely would not go out at night. Parking was slightly cumbersome because you had to have someone go into the front door and walk around to the back gate to open it to be able to get in to park. The back gates only open from the inside. This would have been a good thing to know when we arrived after dark the day we got there and had to access the back gate from a not so safe looking alleyway. We had an issue with the electronic door lock the last night we were there and an alarm kept going off on the dead bolt that would not stop. When I first notified the company they were not going to send someone out until the next morning. Then I informed them that it was a constant high pitched beeping and we needed someone to fix it. It took them over an hour to come out and all that was done was replacing the batteries. The lock the proceeded to go off again around 1am waking us up and us having to figure out a way to stop it. Other than those things the house was fine for what we needed I just wish we would have been more aware of the surroundings of the neighborhood.
