Family gathering in East Nashville

We used the property for a small birthday party and it was extremely easy and accessible. I absolutely love the location and will most likely be using this listing for future gatherings. The hosts went above and beyond making sure that we were comfortable making sure that we had access to them ,and anything else that we might’ve needed during our stay. Thank you for renting to us!

Quiet & Charming Nashville Home

Trevor & Ashley were amazing hosts & their home was perfect for our stay. There were several restaurants & bakeries within walking distance and downtown Nashville was a short 15 minute Uber ride. Trevor gave us a ton of recommendations for restaurants & bars along with anything else we could think of. I would highly recommend their home to anyone coming to Nashville!

Charming house in East Nashville

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this roomy East Nashville home. The house was very clean and the perfect size for 6 adults. There's a well equipped kitchen with plenty of coffee and tea which helped get our days off to a smooth start. Easy access to all that Nashville has to offer. Trevor was a great host. He checked on us a few times to be sure we were okay. Gave us recommendations in the area on where to eat dinner. The property was just as described. It was very comfortable and homey. Great East Nashville neighborhood

Great property and nice area. Only glitch was no code was sent for self checkin, but once there and hanging out on the front porch for VRBO to work it out, rang the ring door bell and communicated with the owner to get the code.
