Please note that we have a tenant that lives in the home. The have no access your area of the house, but you will see them tending to the chickens, cutting grass and possibly pulling in and out of the driveway throughout the day. They are quiet and keep to themselves, with their own access to their portion of the home.

Our fireplace is not for use and the backyard is not for use.
